To the owner, Ali... Let me just say, Im the kind of customer you like. Im a well paying customer and a great tipper but after my experience with whoever your on duty manger was has pretty much guaranteed I wont ever go back to your establishment. One, its pretty poor to put a new server on the floor without an experienced server to CONSISTENTLY shadow her on her first night, especially when you decide to make MNF her first night. Let me make it clear, my server did the best she could, and I am in no way upset with her. We even gave her a large tip to show our appreciation for her efforts. It all boils down with how your "manager" handled our bill. My boyfriend and I met up with friends. After waiting a while, we were asked for our order. My friend pointed to the sign on the table and asked for 2 shots of Fireball for $3 each, I decided to get a couple too. We were NOT told this wasnt available on game nights, if we had been, I wouldnt have ordered it as I usually dont drink it. I then ordered your happy hour beef nacho supreme and asked what was your happy hour drink specials. Your server then said drafts and wells are 50 cents off (which is no where near a deal but ok). I tell you this as they clearly knew I was talking about happy hour as they clearly quoted to me happy hour offers. I was even holding the happy hour sign when ordering the nachos. At this point, a senior server WAS with the new girl and we still werent told happy hour isnt available on Game nights. Fast forward 25 minutes later, we get the two fireballs but no nachos. We drink them and ask for a Blue Moon and a double vodka and pineapple. Mind you, its STILL before 6, so were still under the impression these were $50 cents off. 25 more minutes, we order another double vodka, blue moon, and a shot of tequila. This was after 6, so we expected the usual price but STILL no nachos. Theyre finally brought them out and theyre COLD. The cheese had hardened, the beef was dark on the outer layer and some of the chips were chewy like they had been sitting out. My boyfriend refused to eat them but I decided to keep them as I felt bad for your new server. Fast forward to the end of the night, I expected the bill to be messed up but not as bad as it was! They charged full price for everything and added 3 extra shots of Fireball! Even my friend was being overcharged by almost $20 for drinks she never ordered. We complained and got the Fireball reduced but the on duty manager would not adjust anything else! Now how are you going to approve the $3 fireball but not the happy hour items!? I shouldve sent the damn nachos back instead of cutting YOU a break! $7.... you lost customers because whoever was running your establishment last night wouldnt waive $7, we didnt even push the $1.50 for charging full price on the 3 drinks before 6. The manager wouldnt even come out to talk herself, just kept the new server as the middle man. Whoever this manager was HAD to know I wasnt making this up because almost every table around me was unhappy! One woman even cussed the new girl out! WE ALMOST WALKED OUT but were good people and didnt want to cause your new girl more stress. We paid the $53 bill, but now its just about principle. DO BETTER or youll lose alot of customers.

May I start out letting you know that I am a connisuor of customer service. Unfortunately this second visit was far from the first. This visit I was alone, I am only in town once a year and first/second impressions mean the world to me. The two stars instead of one is because of the modern feel, plenty of seating and generally good vibe. But they have failed the second time. I will not share my complete "not okay" experience here on google, check Yelp. I will tell you to tread softly. The main bartender likes to smile in your face and DOES provide good service BUT when she is wrong and you call her on it she will confront you with the nastyness. In short either order from the bar or order from the table. Otherwise you will have a horrible experience and even a harder time receiving good service. I will write a full and detailed review on Yelp. Please review before your visit.

Waitress took the entire tables order and then not only forgot what the orders were, but forgot that certain people ordered anything at all. And then after I reminded her it took forever to get my drink. And just in case youre thinking "oh it was probably busy"... No, it wasnt. There were maybe 22 people in the place and our table was a third of that. The least they could have done is comp it. Or give me a free dart game or pool game or jukebox play. Something! On the bright side they do have TONS of TVs, so you I never had to turn my head too far to see the game. It also helped that every TV was on the same game.

It has absolutely the worst service in tacoma. After waiting for 20 minutes while waitress after waitress walked by our table I decided to stand at the bar another 5 minutes to get served. Told them what happened made excuses that there is only 3 waitresses on. I dont care that there was only 3 on. Management obviously didnt do their job right and staff correctly for Jones Cormier fight night. Food was only average. Beer was flat and way over priced WILL NOT GO BACK. stay away if possible. There are way better places in Tacoma

Worst service ever! 25 minutes and no one came to the table..4 servers walked by several times and didnt even look at us. Went up to bar to order our pitcher of beer...server finally came to table, was rude, took our empty pitcher and never asked if we wanted anymore. Food was less then average. Manager was behind bar on his phone..not ever concerned with guests or the crappy waitresses. $17 bucks for a domestic pitcher... Dont waste your time in this crappy place! Only good thing..lots of tvs for sporting events.

I wouldnt recommend this bar to anyone. It starts with the owner and works its way down. I cant even start to tell you how horribly this place is run! The owner treats the girls like their his own personal property and sometimes just grabs bottles off the shelf and walks out the door. Ive seen it happen so many times you wouldnt even believe it. I stopped going because I didnt want him to make a dime off of me anymore. This place is absolutely sickening and unfortunately he somehow makes money at it. Just yuck!

BAD SERVICE AND NAMOI RUDE ASS PERSON AND DRINKS WERE AWFUL ..SERVED WORST TAP BEER EVER...AND SALAD WAS POOR AND THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT THEY SUCK SERVICE YOU HAVE TOO KERP REMIND BAR TENDAR DRINK IT WOULD BEEN NICE IF THEY REPLACE THE BEER WITH ANOTHER POOR ASS SERVICE BEER ON TAP IS AWFUL ....NEVER GOING BACK I WOULD RATHER GO TO BAR THATS RESPECT YOU AND YOUR COMPANY MONEU I VE TELLING ALL MY FRENZ DONT GO THERE WARNING WARNING...SICK ASS POOR ASS SERVICE..THEY SUCK POOR SERVICE POOR
