Ive seen poor customer service, but this takes the cake. So we ordered through grub hub and were told it would take up to 20 minutes for the order. I get there and was told that they couldnt log in to grub hub because the manager was out of town and they didnt have the log in credentials. I thought it was odd that they wouldnt have that information, but whatever. They took my order there and got the food out to me in about 30 minutes. I take the food and leave because Im already running late. I get home and find items missing from my order. I call up and mention that they forgot to give me part of my order, the lady laughs and proceeds to tell me she forgot. I asked her to remove the item on my order and she refused to do so, saying that I had to come back and get the items. Who does that to a paying customer? Then to add on the food was about average Too many great Thai places in the city like Thai Restaurant and Mali Thai Bistro for anyone to waste their money on a poorly ran establishment such as this. Needless to say, I wont be visiting this establishment again.

After wanting to visit this place for quite sometime, I had the opportunity to go last week. The crab fried rice and the phad thai I had were great. Service was not. We were sat at a dirty table, and after our food came out no one checked on us again. My son grabbed to-go boxes from a staff person clearing other tables, and I finally had to go to the front without a bill to pay and place a to-go order i wanted. Placing the order like that seemingly caused confusion, as when I got home I had the item of someone who was waiting for take out and not my own (that I was really looking forward to). Nothing was seriously wrong, but the cascade of little issues made for a disappointing trip.

I have been frequenting the Thai House for nearly 4 years. It is close to work, the food is usually exceptional, and the service is normally delish. Ive noticed in the last 6 months to a year all of these areas have slowly been decreasing in quality. Im not positive, but it appears they are under new ownership. Today will likely be my last visit for a while if I ever go again. I had a simple order of crab ragoon and fresh spring rolls. The crab ragoon was old and lack the wonderful flavor its normally packed with and the spring rolls were completely falling apart. So disappointed in a business I once supported at least 5 times a month.

I;ve eaten here for the past four years, even had my wedding shower meal here. Have always liked the food and just wanted to support a great little local place. But one bad experience ruins them all. A friend got a dish that did not taste the way she knew the dish to taste. The owners wife came to the table and chided us for disliking the dish and then demanded that she pay for half the meal although she hadn't eaten it. I think she was hurt that someone had sent back their food, Ans in turn treated us very poorly. I am very disappointed that when it comes down to it, the customer service is poor.

I have frequented this spot numerous times. Nice casual spot. I stick to the mild pad thai. However, be warned that "mild" sometimes is extremely hot one day and really scant another day. I dont understand why the spiciness doesnt stay consistent. Also, not sure if they hired a new cook or have new management but it def. does feel like the quality has slipped in past year. Nevertheless, for the low prices..this is the best overall thai place in south KC area(and I have been to 10-15).

I had the crispy tofu and green curry with chicken (medium spiciness) and it was phenomenal! The iced Thai tea is delicious as well. Price seemed very fair for the meal I received. Service was great and fast (we were in a group of 19 people, and the wait was barely noticeable). A lot of people mention having bad experiences, but I thought I should note that they are apparently under new management. This was the first time I have been there, so I cant comment on how it was before.

My wife is Thai we eat there quite often. The food used to be pretty good, but I have noticed it going downhill. Often, it is entirely too salty or sweet. I have had to sent an entree back for being too salty. Thai food does have sugar to offset the spicy, but sugar should be used sparingly. They really need to turn this place around or it will not survive. The service is pretty good depending on how busy they are. The price is reasonable.

Awesome pad thai, awesome soup and rangoon. Even better wings for an appetizer. This is the only restaurant that will actually make food as hot as you ask but beware of ordering it "thai hot" unless you want it pain flavored (which is how I like it). Its fairly inexpensive for the quality and I never leave hungry or way too full unless i drink a half gallon of water to put out the flames.

Extensive and detailed menu - priced just right. Has something for everyones pallet. I highly recommend their sampler appetizer if you have never been and want a way to try out a little bit of everything. Very clean place - the outside leaves you questioning if you should give it a go - but the inside is immaculate and the staff is all very friendly.

Ive been coming here for years, more so that the Thai place in Westport closed. It is consistently better than any other Thai food in town. I love the Thom yum Gung shrimp. The Sen me sea ew with angel hair noodles are my favorites. For an appetizer crab Rangoon is like eating fresh Krispy Kreme donuts. Tiger cry beef or mint beef salad also rule.

I wanted to be absolutely sure before I left a review that it wasnt a one time thing that this restaurant was kind of the greatest Thai place Ive ever been to. This is round three and not only have they greeted me and remembered me every time but the food is so delicious and authentic. Its just like my mother used to make!

This is a favorite of my co-workers for lunch, and depending upon what you order, the food is pretty good. The restaurant itself is a little gawdy and doesnt feel "clean" or updated. Servers are nice but often hard to understand. My favorite place for Thai food is Thai Spice in Lees Summit.

A hidden gem. This place is clean and has a great menu of all types of Asian cuisine. When I said clean, I meant super clean, fresh, flavors that pop. An extensive menu and great prices. It lost a star for the location, which can be a little hood. But once inside youll love it!

Great authentic Thai restaurant...one of my favotires in the KC metro area! Usually come for the lunch special which includes an entree, crab rangoon, and either a side salad or soup. Everything I have had to date has been wonderful. Service is always friendly and fast.

Best Thai in the City! Wait staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable, and food is very good! I have eaten at all the major Thai places in the city and this one by far is my favorite. Dont let the strip mall location make you miss out on this hidden gem.
