B-dubs is a known quantity. The food here satisfies - it is no better or worse than at any other location. The dry rub on the wings is probably the best kept secret in the chain. Its way better than their sauces. Their TVs are half projection (larger screens) and half flat-screens which is nice. (Ive been to other locations where all of the TVs are projectors, and its horrible.) Service is marginal. I travel on business, so I sit at the bar for beverages and a meal. The bartenders at this location are kept so busy, they barely have time to recognize your presence. More than once, customers sitting at the bar will have to hail whoever is back there to get another drink or to order food. The bartenders work hard, barely slowing down between filling drink orders and maintaining the area. I get the feeling its about management under-staffing the area rather than lazy employees.

The food tasted ok, but I chose sauce that was a little too spicy for me (I like spicy, but I just didnt feel like it when I got my food). Thats not the reason for my two stars though. The service was absolutely terrible. It took forever to get our food (upwards of an hour and a half) and the waitress hardly came over to refill our drinks. The restaurant wasnt even busy, so there is no excuse. Hopefully this isnt always the case, but I would recommend going somewhere else.

I love the BW3 concept. However, our visit in Gallipolis, Ohio was or last. The food was cold, wings were rubbery, cole slaw tasted like refrigerator, drinks warm, took a long time, waitress didnt care, we voiced concerns and she didnt get the manager. And charged us for extra sauce even after we wouldnt eat it. We cant go back there. $50+ out the window...

I havent been in a long time. It took a long time for my family of 7 to be seated then I felt like the girl serving us didnt really want to be bothered by us. Everything took a very long time to do. The food was OK but not worth the cost or the time I had to invest in waiting on it.

Biggest wings i have had at BWs ever. New bartender Sam was attentive, an experienced servers gave her help to ensure good service and keep her out of trouble. Great experience, highly recommend for a good time.

The service was great considering we had a party of 15. The waitor, Tyler, was amazing. He did a great job and got our orders right (except for a few sauces). Other than that the service and food was fantastic

Always enjoy going there. Very lively atmosphere, especially during Football season. Not the place you want to go for a nice quiet meal, but you shouldnt expect that from a sports bar anyway!

Its B-Dubs.. I sit at the bar for lunch when in town. Usually good service. Food is consistent with other stores in the chain. Bathroom cleanliness is hit or miss.
