My husband and I vacationed in Depoe Bay a couple weeks ago, and chose to get a pizza at the Tide Pool Pub. We were really excited to try the pizza here after reading the rave reviews....but if this is the "best pizza on the Oregon coast", Id hate to taste the competitors. We ordered a cheese pizza, and ended up tossing it out after the first slice. The dough was completely lackluster while verging on soggy, the sauce was pretty much nonexistent, and there was far too much cheese. It was baked to the point where the cheese was over-cooked and rubbery, and there was absolutely no flavor. It was basically a pile of cheese baked on crappy bread. Needless to say, we were very disappointed and wont be eating here ever again.

Yes, get pizza here!! Get past the photos and trust the reviews, the pizza here is amazing and worth the price. In a town filled with tourist traps, this is an amazing local experience that will be a highlight of your vacation. Great staff, Cheif has perfected his craft over 6 years at the same bar. Do not pass this up!

Hand made pizza. Tasted great! 4 of us in the crew, all of us liked our personal pizzas. 1 Salvadorian 1 Marshall islands 1 white American 1 other Latino. Weve been working in the city for the last few days, we eat lunch here. The burgers are good, the fries are great too. Service is friendly.

It is as previously stated by others, hefty pizzas with great ingredients. Was recommended by a local working at Salishan resort. Now has gluten free dough option. Got take out order and they were very helpful to provide some plates. Classic beach tavern. I think a large can serve 3 adults.

This place has the best pizza! We have been vacationing in Depoe Bay for many years and every time we have to have pizza here at least once. However, we always look forward to their special tacos they have on Thursday nights. We really enjoy this very friendly place for drinks and food.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a small pizza for delivery. Told us it was going to be 45 mins and that was fine. It never even showed up. After an hour of waiting i just decided to put my money away. Guess Im having Cesar salad and ice cream for dinner

Weve had pizza at small joints all over this country. The pies made here rate right at the top. Youd never expect that when you walk in the door. Old school funky place with lots of charm. Friendly staff is low key and engaging.

They must leave there phone off the hook because there is no way someone can be ordering every single minute. This happens more often than not or its our they close menu early.

The food here can be really hit or miss. Burgers are usually good and mozzarella sticks are great. Pizza trends to have tons of toppings so add carefully.
