The drive thru woman who has worked there for years is the nastiest person Ive ever met. Always screaming through the speaker phone, always repeating the order 5 times but messing up and talks while your placing your order to her employees, probably the main reason why she cant do her job. Literally had the audacity to tell me my order was too big for the drive thru and forced me to come inside while she preceded to be nasty while I was in there. Pretty convinced that her husband owns the place which is why she has never been fired there before. Avoid at all cost

Meh. The associates here can sometimes be @sshats for a lack of a better word. They rob me my change a couple of times and pretend to be ignorant of the fact. When, they realize they made a mistake, they dont even own up to it. The quality of the food varies. And the wait is always excruciating. Make sure you check your order because they repeat it like 8 times but always forget something. That old manager lady needs to be fired. I only come back because that chicken is embedded with drugs that makes me want more.

Expected better. Service was terrible, lady didnt listen what we ordered, before we ordered she warn us that they dont have everything and we might need to wait up to hour. Than when we ordered one thing, she just charged to do it, and didnt even finish. Portion was too small and looked undercooked. One star for being open at 9 pm, one star for chicken - they had it and it was ok, no more stars, it might take some years before I go back again.

So it takes 7-8 minutes to make a chicken sandwich, fine. As I pull up to the window the woman tells me to stop half way, so i stop. 5 minutes go by then she tells me pull up to the window. Then askes me if I dont mind waiting the 8 minutes, I say I already ordered it 5 minutes ago and my order wasnt started, meanwhile no one was ahead of me at the drive through so I didnt expect a long wait....

I love KFC, but wow. This is certainly the worst i have ever been to. I typically expect something to be wrong when i go here. Also another funny note: if you drive a particularly long car like an suv, good luck turning around the 90 degree unmarked drive thru. I ussally need to back up a bit and then continue my turn. Ill usally end up going to Bay Ridge, when i need my Kentucky fix.

This store is the worst have ever been to, horrible, nasty, staff and manger no respect Sunday store close at 10 , I was there at 9.30 staff got my order and manger came she said we dont have this and we almost finish is Sunday we close early . Never ever go this store again my family too

Food is good, awful service. Lady reads the total out after every single item as if youre done. Always walking around so it takes 10 minutes to order. Wont even look at you while youre ordering. Get more staff or a new manager.
