1.5 stars but not feeling generous a the moment. Came here Thursday night around 6pm. Part of our group was already there eating as the dinner menus were given to us who just arrived. No one in the group knew that there was a special happy hour menu until I was walking to the restroom and saw the menu on another table. On the way back to the table, I snatched the happy hour menu and showed my friends. Both the dinner menu and the happy hour menu looked very similar. By then we had already ordered items from the dinner menu. The waitress came by some where in between, took the happy hour menu I took from another table. At about 10 minutes to 7, she came by to ask us if we wanted to put in any other orders since happy hour specials were about to be over. Hold on... how is it that you now tell us about "last call" but you already took away the special menus?! Furthermore, this is our groups first time here and you never mentioned anything about happy hour specials or provided us those menus. Our group concluded that this particular waitress wanted to keep us in the dark on purpose so her sales were higher. After reading all the negative reviews here regarding service, I can see why... Food is just ok, nothing special or over the top in terms of presentation or flavor. We all felt we over paid for dinner. Lesson learned: I should ALWAYS ask if there are any specials or happy hour deals, but part of me think that as a consumer, I shouldnt have to remind myself to ask.

The place itself is nice. It sits on the corner of a busy street, has an open-air patio, and its easy to spot. From what I can tell, its not too big and can get filled up pretty quick. Its located in the heart of DTLA, so most of the clientele are the people who work in that area. I assume they get packed for happy hour? Not too sure because I went there for dinner. During dinner, all the tables were taken up by large parties. We had a reservation for about 12 people, so we were fine. But I can imagine how annoying it would be for someone to walk-in w/o a reservation expecting to be seated, only to be surprised that this is pretty much a "large party, reservation required" restaurant. The food is great (i ordered a few tacos), but service can be a bit slow especially during peak hours. Parking is very annoying, as this place doesnt have its own lot. You either have to pay $20 to park in nearby lots, or $5/hr for metered parking, with a maximum of one hour at a time. All in all, I would come here again maybe for happy hour and if I dont have to worry about parking.

Love this place! The service here was great and the food was delish! It was definitely a fun and relaxing environment. A great place to just chill and have a glass of wine or watch the game on their big screen TV. Not only was the food here good but the presentation of the food was just excellent. Some of the food that I tried here: - Truffle Salmon Sushi - definitely very tasty. Dont even need soy sauce for this! Itll just kill that whole truffle taste! - Crab Hand Roll - served warm and just melts in your mouth! - Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice - loved the crispiness of the rice combined with everything else! - Chili Lime wings - perfect tasting wings! Great to go with some alcohol while watching sports, just catching up with friend, or winding down after work. - Truffle Mushroom Burger - Very good burger here with munster cheese! Mmmmm.. - Warm Baked Chocolate Bread Pudding - My fave! My mouth was having a party after I took a bite of this yummy warm chocolate bread pudding! A definite must try if you love sweets! Ill definitely be coming back!

Popped in for a late happy hour with friends. We arrived around 6p and caught the tail end of HH special. They offer a happy hour from 3p-7p Monday-Friday. We ordered some wine and beers on the HH menu and decided to get a few things to munch on. Collectively, we ordered the brussels sprouts, vegan popcorn chicken, garlic jalapeno wings, Sunset Roll and Spicy Crabmeat Tempura. The portions were pretty good for happy hour specials. I really loved the sushi and brussels sprouts. Everything else was just an "okay" feeling and could have passed on the extra calories. The service was great and friendly. They were prompt about taking our ordering and bringing out food quickly. It was rather packed during happy hour, and they do have communal tables, so please be prepared for the rush. Overall, great happy hour spot. I noticed they offered a great brunch menu, so will definitely be back for that!

We had a really rough start to Los Angeles and we came in to sit at the bar and have a few drinks to relax after all the madness of navigating LA for the first time, honestly simply because we saw it and it was close, but Becca and another bartender (so sorry I cannot remember your name!) from tonight were so kind, they gave us suggestions on things to do, and places to go and see while we were in town for a short amount of time, my husband is really into craft brew and they gave us some places to go, they were so nice and helpful, thank you both! You turned our night around. Also, the classic margarita is on point, and many good beers on tap. Thanks again!

This is a great place to lunch....we went here after being ignored at Weilands Underground by the female bartender....we didnt have much time because we had wasted 20 min already.....so hungry and frustrated we went to Bunker Hill. We let our waiter know time was of the essence.....great fast service....and the food is really good. The house burger is the BOMB!!! I tried the Soft Shell Crab Sliders......off the grid!! Highly recommend. The Zucchini fries, sweet potato fries...all fantastic. Love the Happy Hour menu....the waiters are awesome....very cool....great atmosphere. You can dine al fresco if you like.

Yummy food and long happy hours on Sunday! Nice! I came on a Sunday, and HH was from 3-7pm. Before 3pm, they have $3 mimosas, but the manager decided to honor that deal for us through happy hour as well! Brussel sprouts and the fries with aioli were really good. My friends and I decided to order 2 orders of each of these! Their sushi rolls were not bad too. Wings, on the other hand, were okay. Depending on your salty preference, some people might find that the food here is a bit on the saltier side. Thats all personal preference though. I enjoyed the meal and got a good buzz off just three mimosas.

I came here with a group of colleagues for happy hour and I was thoroughly impressed with their happy hour offerings. Drinks were at very reasonable prices and they have a very wide variety of snacks. We ordered their buffalo wings, lobster mac and cheese, spicy tuna on crispy rice, and a few other items. We were all very satisfied with the portions and flavoring. Service was extremely friendly and outdoor seating is available, although it was reserved during my visit. Overall ambiance is nice and TVs are on with sports, but it didnt feel like a sports bar.

The ambience on the patio was so nice!Very chill spot I went on a Monday during happy hour to grab some drinks with the girls, the hustle and bustle of the downtown LA life kept us entertained and our waitress was so nice and so friendly she kept the drinks coming and the food coming we ordered more than we needed. We had the faux popcorn chicken, French fries, truffle mac & cheese, sliders, brussels sprouts, we had just about everything on the happy hour menu and it was all good!
