I am Southern. This is very similar to BBQ. The sides are overcooked. I assume older bottom of the pan portions. Scorched baked beans, mushed green beans, green peppers in cole slaw, cold corn pudding/bread. Chicken was just roasted nothing special, sausage casings were already busted, i added every sauce available to the pork. Everything needed salt and pepper. I shouldnt have to season your BBQ and respective sides. I brought visiting friends who expected table service (as did I) and they comforted me for my choice. They mailed me "real food" overnight as soon as they got home.

This place came highly recommended, my expectations must have been too high. I got the brisket and found it lacking, not as good as Ive had at small BBQ places. Ordering was very hard, he couldnt hear me and I certainly could not hear him. The ordering needs work. He couldnt understand when I pointed at what I wanted. This being the season I ordered the cukes and onions. So simple to make, yet they blew It! Ill stick to the small BBQ places.

Great great food but almost always screw up our online order. Just check before you leave, they are very helpful. Need some healthier options for sides - applesauce, steamed veggies, cottage cheese, baked potato, corn, side salad. Corn bread is fabulous but my family doesnt really like the Mac n cheese. Wish they had a chicken option that didnt include onions. Chicken fingers are good- should be an adult option or option on family meal.

The food is not as good as other people seem to think it is... but what really bothers me is that when I ordered online, I was charged extra for extra sides, and I wasnt given extra sides. Calling on the phone to try to fix the situation was awful as well-- gave me a credit, but I had to have the call transferred 3 times, a huge hassle for supposedly convenient food. Bad food and a bad custom service experience earns a bad rating.

The young gentleman who waited on me was exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming. Had my carry-out order together quickly and also gave me a plate, silverware, and sauces before I even asked. He truly made my night and my visit. Food is consistent, fast, and tasty. Love the beef brisket and green beans. I always visit this location when I am in the Westerville area. Tonights visit has left me very eager to return! Thank you!

Customer service is just not there. No one had a smile on their face . And i made a mistake ordering online went up to see if i could get it fixed and the manager ( well who i think was the manager )came up and just didnt even care to hear what i had to say just told me its going to be 2 1/2 min ...which turned into 10 or 15min . Juat really think they could atleast act like they like thier jobs. Food was great .

You could smell the smoke when you pulled in the parking lot which I love. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. An employee came to my table as I was eating and asked me if there was anything I needed. There is so much current construction in this area currently I was surprised to see the establishment mostly full during lunchtime. It speaks to the service and product being offered.

Good food! Pulled pork, brisket excellent. Unique sides .... delicious fries, vinegar Cole slaw and corn pudding are very good. Ordering and order pickup are somewhat confusing the first time but super helpful staff pretty much negates that problem. Not fancy - it IS a barbeque place - but food is great and dining experience was excellent (went back a second time, actually).

Great friendly service and amazing BBQ!! A must stop for lunch or dinner if you are in the area! You cant go wrong with anything on the menu! Several bbq sauces to choose from will suit everyones taste! My boys love the glass bottle soda and I cant get enough of the pickles! Dont forget the sweet tea or lemonade!!

Definitely the best chain restaurant in the area. The portion sizes are generous and unbelievably delicious. It gets slightly packed during the lunch rush hour but the line always moves fast. They have a solid rewards program too if you download their app. Worth it if you work in the area.

I think that if your stores would offer those disposable plastic gloves that the cooks wear with every order of ribs your sales would increase. I know that I would order them if I could get a pair of gloves.....less messy and easy clean up.

Good barbeque. If you want a decent BBQ meal, this is your place. It just has that commercial feel to it. A bit pricey for what you get. Flavors were OK, but definitely not top notch 5 star BBQ.

BBQ is what I do for fun so I am not all that easily impressed. The brisket was good without BBQ sauce. The chicken breast was moist with great smoke flavor - no sauce needed. Nuff said!
