Another average Popeyes Chicken location. I used to travel a lot and theres a Popeyes in the Atlanta airport. I always use that location as a baseline for all other Popeyes stores because its always the busiest and the chicken is by far the freshest because they cant ever keep up with demand. That said, Popeyes chicken is hands down more fresh than any KFC. I can say with confidence theres less grizzle and tendons youll ever bite in compared to KFC. Their spicy flavor is excellent. Just the right mix of heat and flavor. Give them a try if youre in the mood for some chicken. This location is rather quick as its part of a gas station, so most of their customers are getting food to go.

Do not go to this popeyes! The past 4 or 5 times Ive went their drive thru was closed And the first time it was closed they didnt even have a sign outside I had to just guess and go in! When I asked the manager why they keep closing the drive thru she said it was because they are understaffed. Plus theyve made me late to work a couple of times. Not only is this an issue but they have gotten my order wrong a handful of times. The last time I went I asked for mashed potatoes and said they were all out. I will never go here again. Someone clearly dont know know how to manage a store!!

If you ever have a cravings for popeyes close to opening (which is 10 a.m. fyi) its probably in your best interest to show up about 30 min late. Youll only be greeted by locked doors and a woman who asks for "5 minutes" at 10:10 a.m. by 10:20 youll get through the door but said woman will be promptly tired of your s*** and be as unpleasant as possible. All the meanwhile 2 managers on duty are on the deep fryer. The food was fresh so I guess theres that. But Id prefer not having a side of attitude with my shrimp. Caijun fries are just fine. Ill go to raising Canes next time

Filthy, deplorable, disgusting! No customers there, yet debris covered the counter, drink station, floor. The food dispensing table had french fries and other food bits everywhere. Sides were filled with a scoop with was caked with either potatoes or mac and cheese and taken out of a putried water well. None of the employees wore hairnets or gloves. I am a Popeyes lover, but will never go to this location again!

Bad service. I am a diabetic and drink diet. The diet was regular, I ask the clerk and they said it was hooked up wrong. I spoke with the manager and they didnt even offer to fix it. I asked for my money back for the drink and they wanted my receipt that I had just thrown in the trash. It is unbelievable. They just handed me the food.

Last 2 times I went to this store the chicken wasnt cooked thoroughly. The side mac and cheese was awful too. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone Will not go back again, waste of money. Popeyes official website will not allow you to leave comment without the receipt and of course they did not give me mine...

Ate there today and ordered a 4pc. White meal . I received a breast and 3wings that were smaller than the pigeons shot under the bridges in Chicago. The service was very friendly and polite. For what I have to pay ,it should be 2breasts and 2wings minimum.

The food is all so great and the biscuits put red lobsters to shame. The shrimp po boy is my favorite and I love their sweet tea and lemonade. They consistently mess up orders here though. Legitimately like 80% of the time. Delicious chicken though

Just pulled off the highway to fuel up and decided to give it a try. The spicy was just that. Very good. Service was fast and friendly. Will defenetly make this a must stop when I pass through Mason OH.

Horribly slow. Then my son went back in to get a spoon and employee just blew him off when he said excuse me. Husband and son said the spicy chicken wasnt as spicy as other locations.

Consistency is an issue. Can be good or so so with service. Food is average for a Popeyes. Serves mostly travelers it seems. When it a busy they can struggle. Conveinent location.
