Well visited this location for years. The food is always good but seems of late the drive thru is getting sloppy. In the past 3 months or so the have gotten 3 orders wrong. They never really had that problem before. I for example ordered a sausage egg muffin and orange juice for breakfast. When I pulled it out of the bag it was a chicken biscuit and tater tots. They got the OJ right. I took it inside they did not apologize and had me waiting there for a long time just to replace it. I guess the moral of the story is check the bag before you pull out of the drive thru. Oh I forgot to mention they have an order taker at the drive thru that sings to you in the drive thru which I find is both fascinating and soothing break from the normal monotone drive-thru greetings everywhere else. Ok I am giving you a star back.

Slow service inside - the staff continues to allow the pushy type-A customers to cut in line or step in front of me as I try to place an orders. The staff tolerates the behavior and serves the rude customers - leaving me to wait. Three visits over the last six months this has been this exact case, and the staff seens to condone the behavior - cut the line - elbow a customer - and get service. I have choices - and will no longer patronize this store, since the staff at the Chic Filet in Roswell and the Dwarf House in Woodstock have staff members who will serve customers who politely wait in line and not provide priority for those who push and cut in line.

I have been an almost weekly customer for 3+ years and I have watched this location train new employees in an impressive almost astonishing manner. It is such a pleasure to see them develop youth while serving the community - which is another aspect of the business at which they excel. I have never had a bad experience, and the only mistakes to my order have been in the customers favor. If you want to be left alone to brood in the corner this is not the place to go.

Food was good as always and employees were polite and helpful. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich for a change and it was really good. I dont like really spicy foods but this was just right. I had a coupon for the new watermelon mint lemonade so I tried that, it was good but it was almost too sweet. The playground is a little smaller than some of the other Chick-Fil-As because theres no small child/toddler area but my kids still enjoyed it.

Not so great customer service the server that took my order got my drink order wrong twice as well as my food order wrong took way too long to get my food. I asked for a large drink she got me a medium drink when I asked for the large drink she had to refund my order put it back on my credit card charge me an upcharge with the new drink with the large. And they couldnt just find the difference from a medium drink to a large poor quality

Almost always busy but always good food and service. And it is busy for just that reason. I really like to get the Market salad but with fried chicken vs. grilled. That with fries and a water to drink are a perfect combination for me and at least make me feel like I am eating reasonably healthy with food that consistently tastes good. I would suggest anyone, especially with small kids, stop and eat here.

FANTASTIC customer service for parents with small children. It is all in the details! They set up a table for me and brought us our food. They had a small stool in the bathroom so little ones can reach the sink to wash their hands. I go out of my way for this store because they treat us so well.

I go here everyday to oder my food during 12-1pm & My fríes box are almost have empty , also i oder a large shake and it wasnt even full like it was supposed to , it was half the cup. Very disappointed

Service is good, but the lines are incredibly too long. Keep in mind even though its Chick Fil A, its still "fast" food. I find myself just saying no and discovering other options on the area.
