The Camp Creek Chick-fil-A staff have always been courteous and thorough. Service is usually not the fastest because this place is almost always full to the brim with customers. However, I dont feel like a number here. I feel like they see me as a person and care about making sure my needs are met. The new grilled chicken club deluxe sandwich is my fav! Ill never go back to fried. It is juicy and flavorful and totally amazing. My children love coming here, but the playground is now disappointing for them because it is only for small children (they are all tweens now). However they love the food and atmosphere. They are also fascinated by the legacy of the Cathy family. Great place for meeting. The wifi always works reliably and fully... and even if it didnt the t-mobile signal for using my hotspot is strong here. The location is easy to find, but the parking is always challenging. However, if I circle all the way around one time, I usually find a space in under 5 minutes.

I visit Chick-fil-A at least 5 days a week. Ive been in at least 6-7 locations in the Metro Atlanta area. This location was by far the worst as it relates to cleanliness. The employees were very accommodating and pleasant but there was an uninviting odor in the restaurant the wooden covers in which the trash bins were in looked as if they had never been wiped down the registers were filthy and the counter tops were wet and filthy as well. The food was acceptable but I Dont think I would ever visit this particular location again due to the cleanliness or lack thereof. I just prayed over my food and turned it over to God. Hopefully someone that has the authority to do so will see this and make some improvements.

My kids and I love Chick fil A....and eat there at least 3 times per month. This time was disappointing to say the least. Because we were eating later than normal we opted for the drive thru. Lets start with my shake.....Where I was asked if whipped cream and a cherry was desired at which I answered yes. MMMM....when we get to the window......no whip cream and when I requested it I was told it was in the back in the freezer....HUH?.....ok......as the cashier and I go back and forth about whip cream .....She interrupts and ask do I need anything else. Well my kids dinner and drinks would be nice. At least the fries were HOT.....although the requested condiments were not in the bag..... :(

I have come to expect less-than-great service from this particular CFA, even when its not very busy. Last night we went to around 6pm. There were customers at the registers, customers waiting for their food, but I was the only customer waiting "in line." It took about 10 minutes from the time I walked up til the time I got my drinks and sat down. It was about another 10 minutes til our food came. The grilled chicken was tough and disappointing and my tea tasted old. When I took it back to just get water the employees response to "this tea tastes old" was "oh." No coupons offered, nothing! At most other CFAs this would be unheard of!

I ordered via mobile app for a carry out order around 9:05a.m . I stood at the pickup line for about 5 minutes which is fine. I wont complain about that. However once my meal was handed to me, I asked the young lady for two grape jellys. She denied my request and pointed behind me so that I can go get them myself... There was a manager on duty and noticed immediately she handed me the Jelly. I would like to Thank her. Her actions were not unnoticed. The little things like that is what makes customers satisfied. Hopefully in the near future they will teach their younger staff how to be more caring.

The ordering process make it worse because some of the employees like to talk to people who are in line that have already order and it make the whole process long in the drive thru. If they would stop talking to the customer and just take there order then the line would move faster and today most Chick-fil-A I have been to ask you what type of condiments you need and at this location they did not. I had to ask for them when I pull up to the window. This is not like Chick-fil-A I know. I probably want be coming to this location again. I was not satisfy with there services at all today.

If I have to do fast food, it will be here! All their chicken is cooked in peanut oil, which is tastier and healthier than most of the frying oils out there. Their Southwestern salads, chicken wraps, chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwiches remain favorites! I took away a star due to the (morning) biscuits occasionally being dark and hardened and the fries not always being fresh…so check your food before you drive off!!!! Also, purchase Chick Fil A gift cards for Christmas gifts and you get their calendar that has coupons for free food throughout the year!!!

I stood in line for 20 minutes and I understand that they were busy but I still in line for 20 minutes and didnt even make it to the counter to place an order. After about 10 minutes of standing in line they just stop taking orders and just were waiting for whatever reason. They didnt explain the situation they didnt say excuse us our computer systems are down they just waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited. Worst Chick fil AI have ever been to. They might as well put Biscuits by appointment only at the door

Every Chic fil a, I order grilled chicken minis, I have the patience to wait for it to be cooked. How do you offer grilled chicken biscuit but tell me you cant do grilled chicken minis? I know they wont care about this post but its a shame they wont accommodate, yes I have had grilled chicken minis here before. Sigh. It takes a lot of patience just to come here because this is one of the busiest locations, what a waste of time. Disappointed. No breakfast for me.

I was at this location the day before yesterday and they have the best drive thru order takers bar none and Im a manager at Wendys of 5 years and through my entire time there Ive never saw a restaurant where people order and actually stay in line despite if its a line or not and there food is great. No problems about extra condiments and very professional. Youd think their crew member made a generous amount working there

Order a Spicy Deluxe Chicken sandwich combo 6/9/2015. Discovered when I got home, had a regular chicken sandwich (chicken, pickles). Took about 5 minutes to get my milkshake, so it was my mistake for not checking while they messed with some cup boxes. Dont even feel like calling back to correct it since I barely go to this Chick fil A anyway. Customer service was decent though...

The only thing to not like about this place is the crazy ass lines. What i mean is theres 2 drive thru lanes & also employees outside taking orders on iPads. But usually they are pretty good about getting the lines moving quickly. Sometimes those lines can be discouraging. The wait time usually isnt that bad though. If it wasnt so good you wouldnt have the long lines would ya?

After waiting 35 minutes (not including standing in line). I went up to the cashier that took my order and she advised me that they were taking care of it. I waited an additional 10 minutes then told the cashier I wanted my money back. The manager then came over stating she remembers giving the food to someone that answered by my name.
