The lady working the register on 9/23/16 between 6 and 7 oclock pm might be one of the most ignorant worker cashiers Ive ever witnessed as she continued to carry a conversation with another customer for over 5 to 10 min that she knew outside of work clear view that I was waiting to put in an order. Ive never witnessed such disrespect as she clearly saw me waiting. I will never go back to this place because of this woman. Ive dealt 1st hand with the food industry before and never witnessed that. Thankfully the rest of the employees were great and very respectful. I have nothing against any other employees there

Good but overpriced food. Horrible service. They never seem to get the order right. The manager Lori actually didnt seem concerned about customer service issues and hung up on me when I suggested talking to the general manager or to corporate if this couldnt be resolved. I told her if I ran my business as she ran hers, Id have no customers in a month.

Waiting game @ Popeyes to receive food, Pulled up to drive through placed orders on Salem Ave Dayton Ohio then pulled up to pickup window the said to park in parking lot & someone would bring out our orders....Its been 19 minutes & counting, with that all being said, Popeyes Chicken is worth the wait...

I love Popeyes spicy chicken and red beans and rice. The caramel apple pie is really good too. Cant get enough! Cant wait for the new store to open in Englewood, Ohio. Tired of driving to Springfield, Ohio to eat this awesome chicken!!!!

It was horrible I will never visit Salem location ever again they told me it would be a 10 min wait on dark meat it turned into 20 mins spent $18.50 to get all the way home and my order was wrong I was missing meals I was pissed

Very poor service time a drive through pit stop turned into 25 minutes but once we got our food it was fresh and good... They forgot eating utensils for my mashed potatoes and macaroni putting them from 3 stars to 2

I asked for spicy breast/wing but got 2 breasts 1 mild 1 spicy instead. Mild breast was juicy l, spicy breast dry; fries had a weird after taste.
