Ordered a grinder and was told 15 mins. It took 30. Plus the woman at the register could t even pretend to smile once the whole time I was there. She did manage to keep eating whatever food she had while customers were coming in and out. She cashed me out for the grinder, which came to $10.05. I gave her a $20, and of course she asked for the nickel. If I had the nickel, dont you think I would have given it to you. And thank you for the attitude when I told you I did not have a nickel. My grinder is done in less than 5 minutes, and she still almost manages to give it to a woman who was waiting on a steak grinder. As some one that is in the industry and Pursuing a degree in management, this woman would be immediately reprimanded and/or fired. If she hates her job so much, she should just quit. I wont go back there if she still works there.

Used to be good. Now its disgusting. I lived in this area for many years and was a fan of Pizza Palaces food. Every week or so we would get a pizza or meal delivered. The last dozen or so times it has not been good. Very greasy pizza, and very stale bread on grinders and sandwiches. And dont even think about desert! We specifically asked the girl on the phone what desert was the freshest, she said the carrot cake was. We ordered it. It was rock hard. I threw it in the trash. What a waste. I almost got in my car and brought it back to show them and ask how they can package this and send it out to be eaten? That was the last time I will ever order from there. Too bad theyre so cheap and couldnt give me a fresh piece of cake. Their loss of a weekly customer is what it cost them.

When I am in the mood for a good dinner, but not to cook one myself, I order from here. I generally stick to the same things, but I have been coming here for 13 years now. While I miss the old owners alot, and feel that the change has made the dining-room experience different for me, I just get delivery instead. Food is generally good, and portion size is nice. I just ordered for tonights dinner, so will bet its going to be delicious..

Delicious Burgers and Fries, the pizza here is a bit too greasy and soggy. Have spotted multiple flies here. Staff is ok. Its more safer to order from home then dine in, the area is quite sketchy, and I have seen suspicious characters around. I wouldnt bring my children, theyd be afraid of this area.

This place makes a good pizza. Nice thin crust and good sauce. Def recommend take out, not really the type of place to eat in. The bar had a dance party, looked fun but strange crowd. Would definitely order again. A Large Pepperoni was $13, amazing value and pizza was done in 15 minutes.

Currently sitting in your restaurant and the most disgusting & nauseating sewage smell is seaping from the bathroom. When mentioned to our server the only reply was "I know, I hate it too". The only redeeming factor is that the food is decent. Order take out. Dine in with caution.

I lived in rockville for 14yrs and this is the only place I eat pizza from! I love it! The owner is very down to earth and the restarant looks great! From a family friend! Thanks for even traveling to Ellington to deliver my pizza! U guys are great!

Always great food. I love the white potato pizza and the eggplant parm. Eggplant is better than any other take out place Ive eaten at. Guys are really nice, albeit sometimes hard to decipher on the phone. I give it a 5 out of 5!

They are very slow in time even when pick up ordered when you order an ham salad they give ah ham grinder an tell you to wait 10min for a salad not said but given oviles in my food very dirty looking place .
