Cant say I hated the food. The food is almost always great at this place, fresh and hot every time. However the customer service there is aweful. I am a business owner located nearby on Northland Blvd but go to this location as its the closes and over the past 4 or so months they have put the best attitude employee they have got there. Cant say the name as no badge is ever displayed, but she is in her mid 50s about 56"-5-7" African American. Has the nasties attitude towards all customers. Correcting people, not asking for sides just waiting you you to tell her....just staring.... "combo with no drink is a dinner" ... great Im here at 12:15 Id like the dinner please, double checked the menu, no where on there it says dinner. The worst was when I came in with 5 people and all of them had the same aftertaste after ordering their food. There is no "hi" or "be right with you" even though you are ordering tight after someone as they just walk away to make an order or go to the back to pull something...the cashier... really? Just had my coworker order and she walks away for 7 minutes leaving me and 3 more behind me without saying a single word. I would recommend corporate to drop by for lunch a few times without a notice to see this for them selves. I can keep going but it would be easier to just visit the location and see for your self. My exact dates there were on 4/11 and 4/7 at around 12:30 if corporate wants to review this.

I have been to many Popeyes but this particular location I will not return to. We ordered in the drive thru. Fortunately, my wife was checking the bag as we drove away. There was no utensils, napkins or butter for the biscuits in the bag. I stopped and went in to the counter to ask for them since they were not on the counter along with the honey, salt, pepper, and other condiments. I stood at the counter, apparently invisible. I was right next to a cash register so I would have thought that I looked like a customer who wanted to order. There was no acknowledgement. No one said, "well be right with you". Eventually I caught the eye of the girl working the drive thru window. She came over and I told her what was missing from the bag. She robotically grabbed what I needed and silently handed them to me. Not a word spoken. No apology for the missing items or acknowledgement of any type. I would have settled for, "here". There seemed to be a definite malaise with the entire crew. No one seemed the least bit interested in being there. I dont see this as an employee problem as much as a management problem. Unfortunately, I really have to recommend avoiding this location.

This location has to be one of my worst experiences with Popeyes. I will never return to this location. First, the cashier has the worst attitude. She wasnt friendly at all. In fact, she acted as if I was interrupting her by placing an order. If you accept a job, you should at least greet the customer with a hello and smile. Secondly, the chicken looked as if it had been there awhile and there wasnt many pieces left. I asked if they was going to cook anymore chicken and her response was not right now. I ended up driving another 5 miles to the nearest Popeyes that gave me much better experience. And based upon other raters that have posted here, Popeyes headquarters really need to look at this location and take these responses seriously.

This location is by far the worst. My experience there was enough to keep me from going there again after spending 60.00. The 2 girls were very unprofessional and rude to say at the least. They spilled a half gallon of tea in my car and did not apologize, they left out several items and gave me 3 green beans. Who eats 3 large green and? They gave me 2 biscuits for their errors, wow! They acted as if I was the problem for ordering food. I dont like ignorant people handling my food and taking my money. NEVER AGAIN....

If there were negative numbers, Id utilize them. Little food ready and 4-7 min wait on things you order. Food that is ready is old and hard and none of the people handling food wear gloves. While the cashier seemed to be doing her best with little support from the others, this was a horrible experience and health dept will be contacted. I refused to order once I saw they used no gloves with food. Terrible!

They were out of dark spicy chicken as well as spicy strips while I was there. Got regular strips. Staff was friendly,. Food was still good. It was hot and did not taste like it had been sitting for awhile. Just wish they would have had the spicy chicken available. More than half the tables inside were not wiped clean. However as I was finishing my meal an employee did start to clean the tables.

Nastiest dirtiest restaurant Ive ever been to!!! Went to the drive through order a bucket of chicken and green beans. I get home chicken was fried in burnt grease and tasted horrible the green beans were refrigerator cold!!! Took it back a got my money back. They said they was in the process of changing the fry grease but they still served the chicken that was fried in burnt old grease

I have given this location several chances for my lunch and they failed each time. Food was not fresh and the service was terrible. I to (like the other reviewer) was treated like I was bothering them by being there ordering. I sent a complaint to the number on the receipt and heard no response, so this franchise owner must not care. It is a shame because I love Popeyes chicken.

Cashiers are very rude, they acted like I was interrupting them from doing there job of standing an talking. The girl making my order was not only eating, but she was spitting food on the counter where the food was being made. The cook was in the back sitting an scratching his nappy head. I was so disgusted I canceled my order an left.

I work in a office very close to this location. We have no complaints about your food, however after several visits to this particular location we have decided not to return due to the consistent rudest employees i have ever had to deal with anywhere....ever...

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever visited. The drive through window takes 10-15 minutes every time. Just horrible. Today I am waiting for food to be cooked because they cant figure out how to have it ready to serve. Not the first time that has happened.

Horrible service. If I order 15 chicken strips and you verify it, do not bait/switch me with a 16 piece chicken box. Drive-thru customers shouldnt have to open up a freaking order and inspect contents to that level. Bonus? Said chicken made 2/3 people ill.

Call head office. Nobody wants to take order Manger is throwing F bombs left and right. This makes the second time we have been to this location VERY POOR SERVICE.
