Ordered family meal with 2 sides got up to the window asked the employee if everything was in the bag he said yes. Got back to the hotel ready to eat and only one side was in the bag and no biscuits. Also i order a combo item that require a drink never got that either. Make sure you double check your order before you leave.

We walked in to find a short line and friendly workers. They even let us choose which pieces of chicken we wanted. The food was hot and tasty. Its funny because we had just been in Louisiana, but Id never been to a Popeyes before! Quick and clean service attached to a Shell gas station. Easy in and out while traveling.

Smallest chicken tenders......so disappointed. Got an 8 piece for 2 adults and a 5 yr. old. Fed 1 adult and the 5 year old and that is with sides included!!!! Have been to this particular Popeyes 3 times and have been disappointed twice. Not good odds. Wont be returning.

Very slow drive-thru, waited 12 minutes with 3 cars in line. When we got up to order, were told to wait, then waited another two minutes before our order was taken. I do not recommend this location if you are just trying to order something quickly.

This particular Popeyes chicken franchise in Mason is the worst compare to the others. Chickens were small and not spicy. Employee stole money from my daughters purse. Employees are so robotic and not friendly at all.

Poor customer service. Acted like is was an inconvenience to ask for 2 Ranch packets and made it a very uncomfortable situation. I would not return to this restaurant.

This is a sad, disorganized place. They messed up on my order. I read all the reviews and wish I listened and avoided all of this. Will not be coming back here.

Good food, not so friendly people, small chickens, not spicy at all. My daughter last her purse at Popeyes, it turned out their employee stole the purse

I like Popeyes and have been to this location a few times. Must admit that we disappointed a couple times. Had to wait a long time. Strange.

The service is so slow. They are near Kings Island. You would think they would staff appropriately to handle the volume
