I actually saw a cook drop chicken on the floor and put it in the flour, I was so out done. After explaining what happened to the team supervisor he took my number down and said he was gonna talk to his boss but nothing ever came of it. The whole situation was a mess cause I was waiting on chicken but my chicken should have already been coming up. Not the chicken in the flour. So they got mad at what I saw and gave me my money back. So I didnt get my chicken because I saw their wrong doing... The bad part about it is there was a sink right there by him. Aww I was so heated and disgusted and Ive eaten here before many time. But this day the disrespect, the ignorance and the total lack of judgement of the staff was at an all time low. And to make it worst I knew I wasnt gonna get a call from their manager, so Im writing this review to let everyone know they nasty and they really dont care about cleanliness. At least some of them. Watch who makes your food!!!!!!

I have a video where I got a fish and chips dinner from there, I had a piece of fake hair weave in my fish fried in my fish!!! I took it right back it was a long blue piece of weave just like the cashier had in her hair, the cook said thats her hair, she said no its not, he got mad at me cause I wanted my money back , he wouldnt give me my money back, just tried to make me a new dinner den took 45mins with the new dinner, Im filing a lawsuit against them!!! I would never ever go bk there or tell nobody to go there!!!! They are nasty and unprofessional I hate them!!!!

I was in their restaurant yesterday and enjoyed the customer service of the young lady who waited on me. I told her to keep that very positive attitude and it will be a plus for their restaurant. Not everyone who works in a service job says thank you to all of their customers. If you enjoy a variety of fish that the national chains dont offer, check them out. They also have a variety of fine desserts that will keep you coming back.

Get the sauce on the side...the chicken doesnt need it. It was so crispy and juicy, I lost all sense of self-control...gorging myself like one would on Thanksgiving. I ate so much I felt bloated and disgusting...so much so, some of the chicken came up when I had a large burp. And I have to say, Even the second time around, this chicken was Delicious!!!

found this dive by accident and Im so glad I did. the food is great and reasonably priced. customer service is great as well! definitely worth a try if you havent already. I highly recommend the wings, the Philly and the sweet potato pie!

Food is great. Customer service is great. I eat there at least twice a week, there food is always hot and well seasoned. The employees and the owner are very polite and go out of there way if you need anything.
