This KFC NEVER has chicken in stock. I have had at least 5 times in the past year I waited 10-20 mins for them to make more. Doesnt sound like that often but bear in mind I eat here maybe once every 2 months. And no I dont want your crappy grilled chicken instead( Every time they have plenty of it and try to pawn this off instead). I really dont understand the issue as it never looks busy in here. My wife even called the corporate office after my mom stopped by and got a bucket and said "you would not believe how long I waited for them to make chicken". Thankfully popeyes isnt that far away and have never waited more than a few mins there and chicken is better btw.

Got the $20 family fill up with Mac and cheese. First we didnt get the cookies, no big deal. The big deal was when i gave my son his Mac and cheese and went to get some my self some. I FOUND A HAIR IN IT!! After my son done started eating his. Had to take it away and when I called they said they would replace, but I told them I wouldnt be able to make it back up there before closing time. Got told they would send me a card. Waited 2 weeks for a post card that said I could come get the Mac and cheese and 3 cookies. Like wtf I could have picked it up the day after beings I was in the area but get told Ill get a card in the mail.

Each time we visit the location, whether in the drive through or dining in, the food is fresh and hot and delicious. The staff is always very friendly, courteous, kind and helpful. I live closer to another location, but I prefer dining in a clean environment where the food doesnt taste like it has been there for hours and I get everything I order on the first try. This location gets it all right the first time so I make the extra drive. I highly recommend them!

I wouldnt give this place any stars but it was the only way i could submit this. Wouldnt recommend this kfc to anyone. Not only was my food cold but it was nothing but young people hanging talking in the back. And when i went to ask about my food one youg lady had her belly exposed scratching it and didnt have a clue wat was going on. One of the worst places to eat. Never again at this one. Dont waist your hard earnd money.

Called to place a VERY LARGE order and the girl that answered put me on hold...and then must have forgotten about me. About 25 minutes later, they picked the phone up and tried to dial out several times...all while Im doing HELLOOOOO. They heard me didnt say a word... Just kept trying to hang up, and they eventually succeeded. HORRIBLE. Ill take my money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

I live in amelia and all my son eats is chicken so its easy for me to stop and pick up dinner. Last time I ate here I found hair in my sons Mac and cheese, this time they forgot some of the meal. And as always Ill send you a post card. Not very happy with amelia kfc tonight.

Food is always good but if you show up after 9:15 the doors are locked and they are closed even though their suppose to be open til 10. This has happened to me on several occasions !!! I wont go back to this location !!!!
