This location doesnt have the heart or "DNA" of Chick-fil-A. Last visit we received 3 tenders instead of 8 piece nugget, called them and was placed in their system for a raincheck. On that day customer service was great. I came yesterday about 7p.m. through the drive-through to pick up that 8 piece nugget while also ordering food for my two little ones. Which was a 6 piece kids meal with fries, and a small fruit cup for my other child. The 30 minute wait wasnt the problem. It was the woman with long blonde hair at the window which caught me off guard! I was handed someone elses order. Politely stated I am sorry but this isnt my order. The young lady proceeds to tell me TWICE that it is. I laughed and said I know what I ordered and handed her my receipt. She DIDNT apologize nor did a manager excuse her employees rude actions or lack of professionalism. A young man that just started working there apologized on behalf of the team. His job was to stand OUTSIDE the window. He played no part in that mistake but took the blame. Just when I assumed I was in the clear I told them I was missing the small fry for the kids meal. I was told I ordered a small fruit cup to replace the fry. On my receipt I was charged almost $3 for the separate fruit cup. Once again I had to guide them to my receipt. Now the manager Maria has an attitude because she thinks I am trying to get a freebie. If they just paid attention to the order there would be no discrepancies. Drive to Austell Rd location or South Cobb drive. Same food and quality, except they understand the importance of customer service. Very disappointed with this location! They were closed for renovations for quite sometime but during that time didnt renovate the staff.

Normally I dont write reviews about places, but I needed to write about this. It made me beyond upset. Today is teacher appreciation day at chick fil a and I drove over with my co worker on my lunch break to get our free sandwiches. Well I pulled up and asked if they were still doing it and the girl responded yes and that I needed to show our identification to prove were teachers. And then she added that a name tag would work. All our name tags say is our name and what our position is. My coworker said that she had her tag but I left mine at school. But I was in full uniform with primrose hat and shirt. She said that that wouldnt be enough so prove it and I could only order one sandwich. At this point Im really upset and she asks in a rude voice if we still wanted anything or not. I answered that my co worker would like her free sandwich since I could not recieve my free food. When we pulled up to get the receipt I was beyond mad when the guy DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR A NAME TAG OR LOOK FOR ONE. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this and therefore I wont be going to this chick fil a anymore. I could understand if I wasnt in uniform or anything but since I was that really upsets me. I would not expect that from chick fil a and I wont be going to that one on my lunch break anymore. Happy teacher appreciation day! Thanks.

Dont get me wrong I love chickfila and Ive always said it expensive but well worth it becuz of how fresh food is. But today I went through the drive through and had several meals.. first of all my order was handed one thing at a time but the server taking his precious time. Having several meals ordered they end up smashing all my order in one small bag with no napkins and just piled up... then my drinks I leave I get home n notice that a drink cup is spilling becuz theres a small hole on the bottom of it as well as my small milk shake cup.. came home to half a drink n milkshake dripping... as we get the food rdy in the table to eat i noticed fries looked old n tasted like if the oil tht they fry them in was old. I had a really bad taste on the fries. It surprised me becuz I have never had an experience like this at a chickfila til today. So I recommend them to look into all of that so they wont have further bad reviews.

Took my 2 youngest children (2 & 6 yrs old) to this location for dinner & to play on the slide. Tables were nasty, very sticky. Seats were nasty & sticky as well. Even the tray that my food was brought to the table on was sticky. After we ate, I took my daughters to play on the slide. The smell of the room where the slide is was horrible, it honestly smelled of urine & some other horrible smell. There was trash on the floor & the area to climb to the slide. My daughters had their shoes off for maybe 5 minutes & their feet were black & brown from the floor being so nasty. Very unhappy with the visit & my girls were very disappointed.

They dont seem to care about customer service. They started to break down their Ice Cream machine 30 mins before they closed and when i asked for my frosted drink it was watery. I asked why and the girl simply shrugged her shoulders and i had to repeat myself SEVERAL times until she finally admitted to breaking down the machine early. Id rather of been told that in advance than wait in a drive thru line and end up refunding my purchase. Wasted my time. And did not serve me well.

Got in the door at 10:20 a.m for a chicken biscuit, but did not get waited on until 10:32, and was told "Sorry, we cant take anymore breakfast orders after 10:30"! Not a happy camper! Ordered a fruit cup instead, which was terrible - 98% sliced apples, a couple of blueberries, 1 strawberry sliced into 2 pieces, and a couple of mandarin oranges. I still had to wait for that, even though theyre already made, and in the refrigerator.

Its more of a nuisance now to get in and out of the parking lot. I really think twice about going here now. The lines are much longer now. Its a shame that both of the Chic fil As close to me have been remodeled. The extra traffic is horrible. I really think twice about going here now. I dont like sitting in line for 10 minutes.

Exceptional service whenever I come to Chik fil A. Desserts are my favorites so when the weather is nice I order a small icecream cone. I tried the strawberry frosted lemonade and its was good just wish it was a little thicker in texture because mine was a little watery.

Always a great experience. Food is good and the one time there was an issue, they went out of their way to fix it. always clean and friendly. Sometimes I bring my daughter and will work on the computer while she plays on the playground and we enjoy a milkshake.

I speak two languages fluently but it seems like they rarely get my order right. They ask me if I want ketchup and I said yes and then dont include it. They ask if I want waffle fries and I said yes and they dont include it. Bad management, poor training.
