To Kpb / Kfc leadership, the shift Leader Darien H. at the East Point, Ga. KFC location is horribly rude and unskilled in the ways of service. He let me sit at the drive thru speaker for nearly 5 minutes then when I pull forward to the window to order he tells me that my order has to be placed at the speaker. I tell him that I was sitting there and no one acknowledged me, he responded that he knew I was there. I said well someone could have told me that it would be a few minutes or something and I would not have pulled forward. He refuses to take my order, I sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes until the co-manager Sarina arrived and resolved the matter very professionally.

Horrible every time I to this KFC. I live nearby and I have a bad experience every time. Tonight I could not even purchase my food because they could not break a twenty dollar bill, I dont understand because they had been open all day. Sounds like someone might be a thief. Besides that they said they were out of what I originally ordered and I had to order something else. Then I had to deal with their bad attitude because I was paying for my food with a twenty.

I have been waiting in line for 30 min still havent placed my order get to the line out of wedges.. Not even trying to make wedges but making friendly to friends allowing them to break thru the line and make special requests.. Tables are dirty and floor is dirty.... Counter clerk running to window to talk to friends.. .the worst..ask for BBQ sauce the have no condiments.... The worst

I dont do KFC, but had to make an exception. Walked in, asked for nuggets combo, no nuggets, only chicken according to cashier. Looked at menu again, asked for the Zinger burger, same response. Really confused, then was informed they only have chicken, on the bone. Smiled and walked out. Noticed empty wrappers on tables and sticky floor.

We recently had a birthday party in our office for an employee. Some one brought KFCs grilled chicken. I am an orginal receipe girl myself, however, the girl chicken was very good. It was golden brown, seasoned just right, and was not dry. I will purchase this chicken again.

This place is hit and miss. Some days they have chicken sometimes they dont. U always have to check your order cause it will be messed up, chicken used to be served hot all the time, it has been cold lately. I work and live nearby I stopped going.

The only reason Im giving this 2 stars is because my popcorn chicken and mashed potatoes were hot. Other than that, it took 15 minutes for me to order and get my food, and the girl that took my order was rude as could be.

Went to KFC 2 nights in a row 1st night I ordered 3piece original mixed, I received 4 wings that looked like chicken nuggets. 2nd night I ordered 3 piece original mixed and arrived home with 3 drumsticks. SMH
