Siempre que voy la comida esta excelente y cuando no es así pues solicitó la ayuda de un manager y pues muy amable me da de la comida más fresca. No se cual es el nombre del manager pero es un ihspano. Él siempre tiene un excelente servicio al cliente. Normalmente siempre vengo una vez por semana..... Whenever I go the food is excellent and when it is not asked for the help of a manager and very friendly as he gives me the freshest food. Which is not the name but the manager is a Hispanic. he always has excellent customer service. Normally I always come once a week.

I have been going there pretty consistently for a while now. Every 2 weeks or so. Today will be my last visit ever. I drove threw the drive thru, and the ladytook my order with an attitude. Which is okay to a degree, we all have bad days. Then, at the window, she shoved the food out at me, which again, not that big of a deal. However, when I opened my food. I noticed they threw my mashed potatoes on top of the chicken fingers, open and upside down. wtf. So I had mashed potatoes spilled all over the box . So no mashed potatoes. Highly disappointed. I could have complained. Why though. So they can spit in my food. thanks but no thanks.

Last three times I have been to this location the service has been terrible. They argue with you about giving simple things(like spoons and straws), give you the wrong order and argue about fixing it, act like theyre high and mighty and that the customer is doing a disservice to them by talking to them, and now this last time they didnt answer the drive through and when I drove up to window they acted like I did something wrong, then gave attitude when I tried to give my order. DO NOT go to this location, if you want go to any other KFC in Atlanta

This is the WORST KFC I have even been too. They were "out" of coleslaw, pretty sure they just didnt want to make more. I went to the fountain to get my Pepsi, theyre out...I took my cup to counter and asked for Pepsi and was told they were "out". We took our food to go...Our crust was soggy, our chicken was over-cooked, the side portions were unusually skimpy and tasted TERRIBLE! My boyfriend is NOT a picky eater and he couldnt even eat his mashed potatoes. The staff was very rude and unaccommodating and I will not be back to this location!

The chicken at this particular KFC tastes different than from other locations, but its not necessarily bad. Just not what youd expect. The place is relatively clean and the staff is nice enough. I didnt try the buffet, but it looked kind of old. Like the mashed potatoes looked mildly dries over. I did come in at 3, so that could have been just an awkward time. Probably will be trying a different location next time.

Went to dine in at 8:30. Door said that dine in stopped at 9:00. Rude manager flicked me off when i knocked on the door. Then when i called and asked about the hours. She said that the lobby was closed early because they already mopped and that the store was slow. Wouldnt recommend this KFC to my worst enemy

The food is good the chicken and i really like the chicken soup and what i dont like is that the high chairs for babies are not steady and what i ask for them to fix them. I always go eat with my family there and that is the only thing i ask for them to change.

Have a rude guy in da the drive thru never get my order rite he cant understand nothing you say I dont see how you can mess up on me order every single time then he want to argue with customers he dont need a job dont recommend this location at all

Ive visited this location 3 times recently and its ALWAYS filthy inside. The staff is always just "chilling" when they could be cleaning the facility. It appears that everyone is just comfortable serving guest in the manner in which they do.

It all starts with service. I use to manage a KFC/ Taco Bell & thats most important. Cashier did a great job. Food was so so... Guess Im just use to it, that its no real thrill anymore. Especially with no spicy choices.

Clean and good space seating, the buffet is lacking however and does not have macaroni and cheese come on man that is the basics! Chicken and a few other items, does not include everything as advertised in the signage.

Buffet is great at this place, make sure you get there before 7:30pm if you want fresh chicken. By the way James was awesome! The restaurant is brand new and clean.
