We went there last night to watch the UK game, drink some adult beverages and eat. We got there about 10 min before game time (7pm) We were greeted by our server, who was very nice. We placed our order for our drinks and she came back to to get our order. My husband asked them if they could turn on the UK game. Our server immediately went to the bartender to see what she could do for us and promptly came back to take our order. Bad news... they did not have the SEC Network. We told our waitress that we would still place our food order, but that we were going to leave so that we could go watch our Cats. She was very sweet about it and said she would get it put in to go for us. My husband asked the manager if this was a channel they dont get or just dont have in their package. The manager was also very nice, helpful and accommodating. She spoke with my husband for a few minutes, left and came back and asked us "if I order the station now, would you be willing to stay?" I was AMAZED!!!! My husband explained to her that, unfortunately we had already contacted our friends who were meeting us and had made other plans at this point, but we would contact them back to see. She told us to just let her know. While we were waiting on our friends reply, the game came on, then they switched it to the 2 tvs right in front of us & even asked if we wanted them to turn the sound on for us. The manger didnt have to care... she could have just said.. "yeah Im sorry, we dont have that station", and been done with it, but she didnt. She took the extra step to please her customers. I am sorry to say that we ended up leaving last night, but I promise you this.. we will be going back! Coming from someone with a long history of customer service experience... this was an OUTSTANDING customer service experience! Kudos to the staff there for providing nothing less than exceptional service. I can only hope my future visits will mimic this. Ps... the to go food was great. Both my hubby and his brother said their boneless wings were amazing.. but they did forget my hubbys order of fries. Ill take that loss for the CS level.

A bit pricey for bar food and drink. Service beyond slow and it wasnt even a little busy 4 tables and 3 people sitting at the bar. We had one waitress who was super friendly and the only reason why Im not giving this a one, while on the other hand the other waitress we had seemed incredibly annoyed by us. I used to work in food service for many years as a server so Im usually empathetic if were being especially needy or if the group Im with is especially loud or picky etc, but we really werent. Maybe she was just having a bad day, maybe shes just a legitimately angry person. I wish I would have got her name. It took 1 person in group nearly 15 minutes just to get her first drink. And unusually long to get our food. At any rate it just wasnt a good experience unanimously for the 8 people of our group, and I wont be going back.

Honestly Id give 2.5 but cant. The service wasnt as slow as some other reviews have said but at the same time it wasnt awesome. She didnt try to make to visit anything special. Order taker status. Lets talk atmosphere. As in none. The music is an afterthought. The bright lighting and open concept, combined with the background elevator tunes made for a feeling best summed up by my fiancé. "It feels like a food court". Nailed it. If you want the focus on your food, lower the lighting. If you want high energy, as the "eat, drink, talk loud" sign on your wall implies, then commit to that! Small but important. Separate your take out and host stand. I cant imagine the cluster that creates on a busy night. In a word. Meh.

Called in for takeout. Someone answered and was rude saying "we are busy right now hold for 15 min" I held for 10 minutes and someone picked up and said "what can I do for you" I told them I was going to takeout and he said "theres people in front of you, hold please" so I held in for another 5 minutes before hanging up. Way to make a customer feel not as good as others. We ordered takeout from another wing chain and the total was over $90. You lost out on that money. Will never eat at this bdubs again. I dont care how busy you are, someone takes orders on the phone as their job.

Would love to give more stars because the food is good but we had horrible service (2 different servers at different times and very slow service on refills and such) and the food is, in my opinion, way overpriced. The bill for my family, of 4, was just over $70 and I absolutely couldnt believe it! We each had a pop, ordered 2 appetizers, 2 orders of (I believe) 10 wings and then 2 kids meals... and for $70+ we could have eaten like kings at Olive Garden! So it looks like if I want wings, I cant bring the whole family anymore...

Ok this review/rating is based on one lunchtime visit... but it went perfect. First off they had a great craft beer selection. And $3 pints of Sculpin IPA? What?! Thats cheaper per oz. than buying a 6 pack. I sat at the bar and got drinks right away. Ordered and had food in probably less than 10min. They also have KENO if that is your thing. Lots of TVs. Seemed clean. I got extra hot wings - which were VERY hot. I cant even imagine what atomic would taste like. I will be back.

This place used to be a place where me and my family meet up every week know things changed the chicken doesnt taste as good as before, the ranch is way to light, and refills used to be free now you have to pay for them. I think the staff and the chef has been changed but not in a good way. On top of that it is more expensive then before. So I advise to go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

Where do I start the owner is very rude to his staff I over heard him cursing at line cook and he can be very nasty to customers... Fish is not fresh its microwaved till almost done then dropped it in the fryer tastes disgusting....majority of the food is frozen not fresh! The food is over priced for things that all came out the freezer just a terrible knock off of buffalo Wild Wings

Not good - I joined the 84 club and was given a free STARTER of my choice - After reviewing the menu I was given I selected the Classic Chicken Quesadilla that was listed under STARTERS on the menu - I was then informed it was not included as a STARTER even though it is clearly listed as a STARTER on the menu ????????

will never eat there again. super nachos not so super hardly any chilli 15 to 20 chips if i was lucky very few jalapenos even after i asked for a lot of them. the pulled pork sandwich for $8.49 taste good but i would guess less than 4oz. wings over done and the wrong sauce
