We will NEVER go to this location, maybe any BWW, again !!!! We arrived at approximately 6:30 pm on a Saturday evening and yes they were slightly busy. There was no wait to be seated and NUMEROUS WAIT STAFF was seen working. First off the hostess looked as if she was mad at the world and hated her job. We get to our table and wait a minimum of 10 minutes to be asked for our drinks after our waitress telling us " I have been here all day " after us asking how are you today being courteous. To try and make this long horrible story short, we waited an initial 25-30 for our food. The appetizer did come quickly. My boyfriends 15 wings were RAW , yes blood and red meat raw. So he calls our waitress over and shows her and begins to tell her about the raw meat and her exact words were " Oh this happens all the time" WHAT ?! He tells her he just wants more wings that are cooked and after waiting another 20 min she comes by and says Ill take BOTH orders of wings off the check. We say OK thank you very much. He finally got the 2nd order of wings 45 minutes, maybe longer. When the check came it was $53. That was for a pizza kid meal, a gyro quesadilla without a side, a cheese appetizer, his 15 wings that were SUPPOSED to be removed and 2 beers and a Diet Coke. We would have had no problem at all paying the bill if we had not been told the raw chicken would be removed. I just moved here in June and my First visit to this place will be the Last . OH it was extremely hot in there to the point of miserable. We asked our server and she tells us it had been broken all summer and that she had to work in it being 8 months pregnant.

This place has ZERO integrity. I lost what little respect I had for the restaurant at the end of my meal, when my waitress stole $20 from me and got away with it. This larcenous shrew by the name of Meaghan gave me the wrong amount of change and claimed ignorance, telling the manager she had given me the appropriate amount without confronting me personally. To top it off, the manager didnt believe me, the customer, who now trusts no one in the establishment. No compensation was even considered until the next day, when I returned without receiving the expected call from management. Even then, matters were made more complicated when neither people I spoke to the previous day were present. Their overall attitude to the customer left me immensely displeased. They showed very little mercy, a sort of "thats life" attitude, believing nothing that I defended myself with. In the end, only half of my money was returned and buffalo wings and rings reserves a top shelf status of places never to go to again. Their mediocre wings and rings didnt come close to requiting for my troubles.

Just ate there, in their defense it was very busy, service was awful when we finally got our food it was cold Im sure because of the crowd and 1 waitress doing most of the service, then after 15 minute wait for a check we walked to the checkout and had them track down our waitress she came up to the cash register with our bill I gave her $51 she placed the money in her folder and left. The wings were below room temperature and were completely dry when they arrived, the chicken qesadilla was so cold the cheese was hard, chicken strips were warm but so undercooked the breading fell off when you touched them, sadly this use to be a really great place to eat. Not a family establishment at all! Their wings arent very pleasing to start but on my last "visit", we went with 4 adults, 4 kids, 1 of which was in a highchair. We were told by the manager that we couldnt use a highchair at that booths table because it would interfere with traffic, when the lady next us was using a chair that stuck out another foot from what the highchair interfered and nothing was said to her. We were told they could give us a different table but they were full and wed have to wait 15 mins with 4 hangry kids. I WILL NEVER BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Horrible customer relations and service.

We had a great experience! We have been to the Beechmont location and was less than impressed. So we decided to try out the location at the Eastgate Mall. The bartender made our drinks perfectly and our server was friendly and attentive, even offering to bring us chips to finish off our pretzel con queso. Even though it was late on a Tuesday night, the food was cooked correctly and served hot. The manager even checked in on us, was very friendly and appreciated our feedback. We will be back!

Here for the tournament to watch games and they cant get the right games to go over the speaker..... they literally have extra (NBC) on one of the bar tvs. The two big screens side by side are playing the same game..... The manager is an no help as here cant figure it ..... did they not know UC was playing today, or NKU and KY...... the waitress wouldnt sit me in a seat because the waitress was the taking any more seats...... WOW.....

This place is awful. My first time to one ever. staff seem as if they dont care at all, food quality $7 for a Mac and cheese with bacon that was over seasoned and wouldnt fill a small child up with one peice of bacon on it. Out food took forever to come out and we sat for 15 mins with empty glasses not one staff member asked us if we needed a refill. And we ate at a dirty table. I dont suggest anyone to go to this place ever.

Messed up 20 out of 50 wings. Didnt realize this until we got home so all the wings at home basically were cold. They wouldnt comp anything and wouldnt admit fault. Unbelievable. They just want your $$. Unprofessional and they dont care about the customer. Funny enough, there were other customers there that night with the exact same problem.

Came when they first opened, greeted fairly quickly. Alexandra was our server, she knew the menu well and had honest recommendations. I dont normally write reviews but our server was great and my craving for wings satisfied. Go on Wednesdays for a deal!

We ordered 25 Medium wings with Bleu cheese and celery. We got wings with no sauce swimming in a pool of grease, bleu cheese with no celery. We called and spoke with Nikki the manager who said she would give us a credit for 10 wings

Went there last night for dinner and the food and service were outstanding. Even my grumpy old wife who normally doesnt like anything overate and complained about that. Been several times and always enjoy. Keep up the good work.

Had to wait 10 minutes for service and the Hostess had to wipe the table off and take our drink order. Most of the waitstaff seems to be lost on the floor and they really dont care.

Buffalo wild wing copy cat. Food is terrible beer selection about 7. Order was wrong twice. food quality very poor. Their hand craft burgers are for sure frozen. Dont recommend.

Always friendly and food is always good. Just like with anywhere you go, treat people how you would want to be treated and it works out. Feels like a second family to us.
