Theres a few things I dont care for here. The lube chips and "beer cheese" are just pathetic. The chips are bland and many of them chewy almost and the beer cheese is just the worst excuse for beer cheese Ive ever had. Fridays beer cheese is 100 times better and thats a fact. I just got the worst cheesesteak Ive ever experienced here also, it was the BBQ O-ring cheesesteak. It comes on a terrible hard and tasteless bun with equally poor house bbq sauce. They used very little meat for a $10 sandwich platter and then a not so generous dose of shredded cheese. A cheesesteak by any means should have large melted slices of cheese gobbing it up, not sprinkle cheese. The onion rings on it were sad and seemed very old, the whole sandwich was luke warm when I got it, I think it had been sitting out for a long time and then served to me was how it felt. I was really taken back how poor that sandwich was, just kept stating it over and over to my family. lol Ive had some of the most delicious burgers here before so I cant say its all bad, my sweet tea was the best part of the meal though and you know its bad when that happens. My other issue with them is that they serve the wings VERY dry, wings should ALWAYS be messy wet, I dont care where were eating.

Awful service. Me and my wife went to this place on 6/26/14 and we were seated very quickly, we were very impressed with the menu, and excited to try something new, being from Lexington. This quickly turned into a nightmare. Our waitress took our order which was great, got us waters which was great, then never checked on us again until about 45 minutes later. We orders a burger, and chicken sandwich. The manager proceeded to check on us, and we told her we still didnt have our food, and said she would take care of it. We continued to wait. Our food came out one and a half hours after arriving there. The manager blamed it on being short staffed and busy. At least 10-15 tables around us were empty. They were a little busy on the patio, and may have been short staffed, but how about you let your customers know this when they walk in. "sorry we are understaffed and busy today so the food may take a while to get out to you, is this ok?" fairly simple. Instead they made us wait for a hour and a half, and yup you guessed it, our food was wrong. So me and my wife got up and left, and the manager had nothing to say. Just let us walk out, and we will never come back. Sadly ran restaurant that actually has potential.

Tonight will be our last visit to Quaker Steak & Lube. We went in, and sat at the bar to the right first. The bar tender acknowledged us as we sat down, but after more than five minutes she hadnt even came over or anything, and than leaves from behind the bar. So we get up, and move to the bar on the left side, we get a drink immediately, and think okay....Not!! My husband ordered all you can eat wings, and I was still undecided as to what I wanted. The bartender came and took my order within 10 minutes or so. My husband was still waiting for his wings to come out. After more than 20 minutes, and still no wings, we told the bartender that we would like to see a manager. So disappointed, talking with a manager doesnt get you anywhere...a waste of breath!! Instead of being the slightest bit apologetic, just made excuses. Were use to slow service when we go there, maybe you get good service one out of four visits...Im not liking the odds much anymore. Thanks, but no thanks...we wont be back!!!!

I love this place! Everything on the menu thats Ive had, has been amazing! My favorites are the wings-BBQ, BBQ pulled pork with half chips/half fries and the Mac N Cheese burger!! The cheese sticks are great too. Its family friendly, fun atmosphere make it great any day of the week! One time I got a warping order and they comped that part of my meal. The manager is always walking around making sure everyone is happy and satisfied. I never have to wait too long for my food and its always fresh and delicious. The deserts are great too!! As a side note because sometimes the food can be good but the place is dirty and your just not sure if you should eat or not- The floors and bathrooms are clean.

They got rid of the traditional BBQ O-Ring Cheese steak and replaced it with something inferior. Pretty disappointed by this as the only reason I come here is for that cheese steak. :( Edit: Got the chicken tenders. They were a greasy mess. The breading almost slides off of the chicken when you pick it up with your fingers. Entire outlook on this place has changed and all they had to do was get rid of the best dish they had. Pitty.

The staff were amazing and our food didnt take too long to arrive, I am impressed that the manager made it a point to check in with us and make sure everything was great. The live band playing outside made the time there more enjoyable and is honestly a great idea. Howevever I felt the fries and the chicken wrap were smaller portions of what should been made. Other than that , a great restraunt. Cant wait for the next time I go!

This place is great!! The food was delicious, and the servers were great! They were friendly, fast, and helpful with food recommendations. Honestly, the only reason Im not giving this place 5 stars, is the hostess. She was rude and unfriendly when we walked in, literally threw our menus on the table, and stalked off without a word. If it wasnt for her, this would have been a perfect dining experience.

Normally this place is great....normally. We come here several times a month and get great service. Bartender tonight, Hannah, sucked! Bad service and stood at the end of the bar talking to employees rather than serve customers. When we come back and she is at the bar we will get a table. Bob needs to have a serious talk with her.

My family and I went here on a Friday for lunch and it was not crowded at all the food was awful and the serivice was even worse I ordered a beer with my meal and did not get I guess the waitress didnt want me to have it the food was cold and took forever to get to our table

I am a big fan of wings so Ill try any new wing place that looks good. The atmosphere is nice, service was really good as well. The food was OK but nothing much better than other wings spots. I found the sauces a little bland and not as flavorful as some other wing places.

Our waitress was super nice, but my food came out wrong (it happens so no big deal) and the manager came out and made it right which was awesome. They do have great food here and I recommend the wings and for dessert they have a cookie sundae that is freaking amazing!

They gave me a Canadian coin and I tried to get a quarter which is what I was supposed to get but they wont give me an quarter in exchange. We spent at least 30$ trying to get a prize from the claw machine but it always dropped when we had picked it up. THIS SUCKS
