Poor Service at the Lansing, Michigan location. They have too many hosts and not enough servers. Host took us too our table and it took 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. Suggestion: Use some of the hosts that are standing around the front entrance and help the servers. They have so many hosts that you cant even get around them when you leave. There were 9 hosts standing at host station. Management should utilize the hosts to better serve the customers besides sitting them. Servers should be at the table within a few minutes and let the customers know they are valued customers and just that gesture/acknowledgement will let the customer know they will be served soon. Management at this location has no idea how to utilize their staff. They serve the bar customers better than the food customers! I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings in Lansing, Michigan three times and the service is poor. Like they say, "Three strikes and you are out" and my family will never return to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Suggestion: Need new management and train staff to make sure they understand that customers come first!

The food is good for bar food. Ive gotten wings before that were incredibly dry but Ive also got them where theyre amazing. The service is not the best. Theres one waitress that ive had multiple times who is rude, complains, and never brings your food. Last time we were there we had a part of about 16 and we got this waitress who decided to tell us throught our whole meal that she was supposed to go home but our group was keeping her there. Wed request drinks or sauces and shed acknowledge and never come back. Then when we figure shes busy and have another server grab them for us shed come over and toss our things on the table. This has happened twice witht he same waitress. Most other servers are wonderful and the management is great. The togo service is awesome also.

My wife and I went here a few weeks back to watch a State football game. Even though there were a number of empty tables near the large TVs, we were told wed have to wait to be seated there. We asked them to seat us where available, because we were hungry and wanted to watch football. So, we were seated underneath a TV in a separate room, making it difficult for either of us to see the game. Additionally, the server gave us our bill before our food arrived. Its a good thing Franks is next door, because Im not going back to any BW3 location, let alone this one.

Awesome place to go for their lunch specials during the week, but wouldnt really recommend it for anything else. Weekday lunch prices are awesome and totally worth it, any other time it seems a bit more expensive than its worth. But this is coming from a guy who would much rather buy a six pack of beer and drink at a friends house than pay a similar price for a single mug at a bar (so take it for what its worth). Also, they have tons of huge tvs everywhere. So if you are into any type of sportsball games, you could probably watch it here if you wanted to.

I dont eat pork. And I ordered chicken Tacos. After eating more than half of the pork Tacos, I realized it wasnt chicken. There was so much veggies and sauce on them that I didnt taste the pork until I looked at the last taco and the meat looked brown. And it was pork Tacos. I told the server I didnt care and just bring me my bill cause I didnt want to eat anymore. She gave me much attitude and brought me my bill. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied and I will never come back here again.

Ive been making hot wings at home over the past few months, and Ive really started to enjoy bone in wings. So I thought Id try them, since the adult chicken nuggets (boneless wings) were soggy and under sauced last time. Turns out that was a mistake. The wings were a nice size, but they were a combination of dry, yet the fat next to the skin was still not rendered. It was the worst of both worlds. Slimy skin, and dry meat. For now, I see no reason to ever go back.

My group reserved the "patio" area. The server was attentive and friendly. He sent back an item that was over done on our behalf and credited the bill. It was a good choice for a group event and appealed to all attendees. On the personal side, the food was a bit too greasy for me, and the beer selection was mundane. Overall, for the group I came with it was okay.

TOTALLY inadequate service. Talked to Mr Brewer the manager on shift and service was no better. I dont know how Buffalo Wild Wings can compete and stay in business with this kind of customer service. I post this as a former bartender that would never leave a customer time to get frustrated

Went to lunch on a busy Thursday afternoon and had a meal that was included in the 15 minute guarantee. Food was out in 15 minutes and 20 seconds and we didnt notice, but the server brought us each coupons for a free lunch. Excellent customer service and great food.

Just went today, second time in a row that the wings were dry, very little sauce. One wing had no sauce at all. The wings use to be smothered in sauce. Maybe they are saving money, but they are losing my business. Use to be my favorite restaurant.

Food is pretty good, they never mess up my order, and Ive seen the wait staff deal with some terrible customers with class. They would have 5 stars if they didnt constantly have the most obnoxious customers that I have to listen to/be jostled by.

Austin is a very friendly person great customer service! When I came in I was not getting the best service and almost left Ive been a customer here for years and havent had the type of customer service Austin provides . Keep up the good work bro.

Sound was overbearing. Food was subpar - wings were insufficiently sauced, service was sporadic...my ice tea was filled repeatedly but trying to get someones attention about the lack of sauce on my food was impossible. Decent beer selection.

Went in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Kierra was amazing! Given the limited time we have for lunch during the week, Kierra got us in and out flawlessly. Because of Kierra, we will be back for sure!

Its ok. Gets packed and it takes long to get your food but there are other nights where they are clicking and it comes out just right. Twice Ive gotten take out and the boxes were more of a mess than they ever should have been

Food is generally pretty good. The service is poor. The bartenders are friendly but the servers arent great. Takeout usually takes forever and half the time my food is ready behind the counters but the cashiers dont notice.

Their Buffalo wings are a dry powder rub. If you call your self "Buffalo" you should have the MOST BASIC wing a style like the original (saucy) not dry. Their other wings are good but for real Buffalo go to Houlihans.
