I am totally disappointed. I wanted these wings all day. I planned my evening around coming here. Initially, I called at 11:15 three times and got no answer. At 11:30, I headed over. When I arrived at 11:37 the door was locked when I got there and the manager was standings the registers counting money and the girl was mopping the floor. I sat on the phone calling corporate and all the employees walked out at :10 minutes to 12 when the sign on the door clearly said midnight. The manager gave a dismissive wave and continued to ignore me while going about his tasks. This was one of the worse customer service experiences Ive ever had and I love this place. The reason I came was because my pregnant girlfriend was craving and all I was given was a $15 gift card and an offer to hear from upper management. Neither of which resolved my issue. The management here obviously needs some courses

My girlfriend and I ordered the fries, Parmesan fries, lemon pepper wings, BBQ wings, teriyaki wings, and Hawaiian wings. -the fries are ok and the Parmesan fries arent much better. -lemon pepper wings are dry rub and the lemon is VERY overwhelming, not too good. -teriyaki wings are just down right garbage. -BBQ wings are ok but Ive had much better. -Hawaiian wings dont have much going on, very bland tasting. Disappointing. Although the deal is hard to beat, it seems to not be worth it by the quality. I bit into large piece of cartlidge in one of the wings. We werent even close to finishing our food. Had high hopes for the food and was depressingly let down. McDonalds could do better. 1 out of 10.

I ordered my wings well done but received them cooked very weird. Some of them hadnt been cooked golden, while some others were overcooked you where I could barely chew them. Very disappointed! Have them 2 stars bcuz the veggies sticks where really good. Kinda hard to mess up raw veggies.

The food is great. The service is the shittiest possible. Even when you order ahead, it still takes a long ass time to get your food. Again...the food is great. Very flavorful but you will pay...with your time... For getting such good flavored food.

I love their wings and sauce options. The staff are usually very nice. Ive been there many times and would go back again! You may want to order ahead because it does take some time once you order to have your food served, which means its fresh.

Staff were nice but the wings are just incredibly salty. No other real discernable taste. I tried the Alabama Rub and the Garlic Parmesan (which I was disappointed to wind was also a rub). At least theyre cheaper than Buffalo Wild Wings

I love the customer service here, the food, the variety of flavors for the wings, the variety of sides to choose from, the prices are beyond affordable. Its really all around a good place to go to if youre looking for wings.

Order ahead to avoid the wait. Wings seem to be more covered in sauce here than say bdubs, I dont mind the extra sauce though because then at least Ill have it. Chili dogs are really worth checking out.

I love wingstop. Its always fast and fresh. This one is just in a bad spot because you have to search for parking so I prefer the one in Western Hills.
