My family and I have been here several times to watch UFC events, this last weekend we went for 198 the food & drink was great. The staff and waitresses, terrible! I waited for 15 mins with two empty glasses on my table, when I finally flagged our waitress (Megan) down I got my daughters lemonade and some more dipping sauce but my drink didnt come out. Another 15 min wait and my boyfriend waived down a waitress (not ours, she had not been seen for the last 15 mins even though she had several tables out on the veranda) and we were brought a drink that was not what I ordered. It was sat in front of him we laughed at the hiccup and decided to try this drink until our server came back because at this point neither of us had drinks! Our waitress then comes out in a rush, gives me my drink AND YOOK THE DRINK FROM IN FRONT OF MY BOYFRIEND, saying she had to return it to the back to her manager. She walked several feet away, turned and handed this drink to a lady sitting with one other person!! My boyfriend let her know we had drank from the drink and it was replaced. Another while longer (my boyfriend still left with no drink) the waitress MEGAN came back and he asked her what the hell was that? I admit he got upset, but who wants food and drink brought off someone elses table?! *waitress 101!!* she ran off and soon after a manager "" arrived talking to us as if we had started a brawl in the place! He heard out the story and told us he would be waiting our table for the rest of the night...fine with us, can we PLEASE get drinks in a timely manor?!! When he returned he didnt come with the vodka & cranberry but instead our bill and asked us to leave!!!! We had not even got to see the Cyborg fight! It was RIDICULOUS. He had words with an officer at the door and I paid our ticket and left. My drink nearly untouched, and half of everyones food got paid for and left on the table. They didnt offer a box and treated us like we had started a bar riot or something, WE HAD TWO CHILDREN WITH US!!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW STAFF FROM MANAGEMENT TO SERVERS!!!!!

My fiance and I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Weve even gone to this particular location in the past and had perfectly fine experiences. However, we went about a week ago and had a terrible experience when it came time to pay for the bill. We ordered, ate our food, and received our check all within 30 minutes. Awesome! To have our payment processed took over an hour. Not awesome :( Granted, they had a power outage right when we wanted to pay, but even after that was sorted out it was at least 40 minutes before we could leave. The real issue was this: My mom gave us a Buffalo Wild Wings gift card because she knows how much we love the restaurant and how poor we are (grad students, woo). Our waitress ran the card 2 or 3 times and said it wasnt registering. She got her manager involved who also tried the card 2 or 3 times. (Did we mention that their system has some strange program that wont let them try the card again until 10 minutes has passed). He then proceeded to interrogate us about the authenticity of the card... Yes, because my mother who doesnt know how to open a Word document knows how to forge a Buffalo Wild Wings card. At this point we were fed up with waiting and extremely offended by the managers implications. Miraculously, the card worked after we insisted that it was legit. We will dine at Buffalo Wild Wings again, but most likely not ever at this location.

This is the second time I have been thoroughly disappointed with this establishment! The first time we went to lunch we literally had to take an extra 30 mins for lunch because the service was so slow! Today, we decided to go and give it a try (maybe there was a different crew), but was once again disappointed. I ordered a sampler platter with boneless wings, two pretzels, ranch dressing, a Pepsi, jalapeno poppers and spinach artichoke dip and chips. Heres what I got: bone in wings, no ranch, service was once again slow, and NO jalapeno poppers!!! What the hell kind of service is that? She said "well maybe they mixed up the wings, should I go change them out for you?" Uh, NO, Im already late for work, lady is the exact response she received from my little angry ass!!! NEVER again will I waste my time and money at this establishment! Terrible business, service, and customer service!!! Just terrible!! I mean she couldnt even bring me a togo drink within two or three minutes, so I got screwed there too!

Buffalo wings was my favorite sports bar at all the place until my last visite.we went today with my friends for farwell party, we enterd and got a table and waited for15 mints to order drinks and after got drinks agian got wait for order snacks another 20 minites, so far after this we got lokking agian waiter for next round to place order ,we wait and wait finily we got loose our patinent so finily we find out our server and ask her to take order but still she s busy with cleaning, finely we got another man he came to us and telling to us it was last call done already (which one we never heard about that) Finely our new server got argue with us like we order much more somthing like that. I like to ask mangmnt Guys do you realy opreating for customer? Only one thing we impressed today food was awesome. Serveice was more than worst we can t bear that . I will never ever go back

my trip to buffalo wild wings was terrible we arrived and asked the lady to clear the booth so we could sit there and she rolled her eyes and had an attitude about It, then I ordered a sweet tea and get served an unsweet and told that it is sweet so she gave me a container of sweet and low( like for real I didnt order coffee I ordered tea) then we got the appetizer platter and the spinach artichoke dip still had ice in it and it is suppose to be served hot so I asked the waiter to heat it up and he does but when he returns and sticks it right in front of my nine month old and she burns her self like how stupid do you have to be to set it in front of a baby. I was there for a total of 20 mins and it is by far the worst service I have ever had I mine as well go to McDonalds I would have had better service!

I ordered my meal online and it was ready when I walked in the door. My order was a chicken wrap minus lettuce & tomato, sub jalapeno($.60) and Swiss cheese. The wrap did not have any jalapenos, but instead they put the gross shredded iceberg lettuce and the tomato that I asked not to include. The wrap also came with the american cheese as described on the menu, though the distinctive flavor of the Swiss cheese was absent for most of the wrap, until the very last bite there was a half slice of Swiss cheese crammed into the fold part of the tortilla. I guess the overly paid cook realized they forgot to include the Swiss and crammed it into the ass part of the wrap with his sweaty finger. Never coming back. This place ranks up there with Beef OBradys and Applebees.
