1.5 Stars. Saved from a less than ONE by the server – he was good. Saturday – bit after noon… Wait of 10 minutes – which infuriates me. We have a baby (18mo) so they place you at the very furthest spot in the restaurant – we had a grouping of families w/ kids in our section – and upon the long walk to the outstretches of their dining areas – I noticed less than ½ the tables were full. We asked for a table and were told the wait would be longer (booths are on the back wall and they all had babies) … So much for Family Friendly. Strike one. Ziosk (the 7 inch tablet on the table which you can play games on or pay the bill) … I asked if they can take it away – and they managed to put it even closer to the 18 m/o against the back of the wall/booth… Let your kid play with the thing and you will end up on a36 month lease of a new chevy… Charging for games – REALLY… So much for the kid-friendly atmosphere… They can’t take it away – they can’t lock it – then I can’t understand why all the crappy looks when I put it on the floor at the back of the BOOTH … Before anyone starts – my concern is cleanliness… I (hope) the tables and chairs/booths are cleaned between services - but I’m sure they aren’t wiping down the electronic stuff with the same rag… Regardless of who last touched it – a sick child, an ‘in a hurry’ person failing to wash in the restroom, the lab-tech from a biohazard lab – whatever – get this thing away from my child… So – lunch – Saturday – two adults, 11 y/o, and baby. Food: 3 stars if price is no object. 1 star if you consider the cost. Salad - Bread-sticks - both the usual we all know. Entrees - they dont offer a lunch option on the weekends - purposely. All three had pasta meals – all acceptable – but NONE worthy of mention. They have eliminated several dishes form their old menu (ALL sausage dishes) and most of the pastas are ala carte style for toppings… You can still pay a couple bucks and put the sausage atop any of their pastas - but they are large links - not cut - and the utensils they provide you at the table do a horrible job. One side note for those of the soup/salad crowd. Two tables over the guy ordered salad and straight out told the server to bring him his own and a separate for the table. They didnt and for 35 minutes he flagged down any and all staffers to get refills. They came slowly - and in the end it seems their poor response to him was on purpose. Service: Our server was EXCEPTIONAL. And any chain would be proud to have him on staff, as he followed their hidden sales pitches flawlessly. He was very good at keeping us filled (diet Coke - yeah), and Iced Tea - and when we needed anything he was close by or there (he got over 20%). Up-sales - I have to say - no LONGER family friendly. They offer several sauces (and directly to the kids) for the bread-sticks - and they do charge for them... The sale directly to the kids by the server (Im sure this is a function of the greedy chain - saw it 4 times while there) - All I can say - wow - desperation never looks good. Couple of sauces and our three-person lunch could have topped $70-$75… In the end - three people - one pop, two waters, no apps, no extras - noon Saturday - $60... YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME. Congrats on the NEW menu - I wont be back. Your quality isnt $40, let alone $60 – locals – I’d suggest Dontinos or Luigis - or even Spaghetti Warehouse - youll save $10-$20 or more and get a MUCH better meal. If you havent picked up on it yet - NOT RECOMMENDED.

I am gonna be real with y’all and say I am not the biggest Olive Garden fan....but my family is. So, while I wouldn’t necessarily CHOOSE to come here, I come because I love my peeps and the food isn’t half bad. In full disclosure, I do not eat bread, pasta or anything gluten related. Previously, this was a problem at OG because they didn’t have anything that I could eat. But, I am happy to say....that has slowly become a thing of the past. They now give the ability to get chicken and shrimp that is not breaded. I mean, that is pretty cool. Props to OG for appealing to those of us watching our carby’s! My review is based on the overall experience of everyone at the table (and yes, I did a short research survey!) The service at this location is always VERY good. I have yet to come with the familial humans and get poor service. French, one of the managers, is truly a breath of fresh air. He is kind, happy and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. A great attitude, a fantastic smile and a genuine desire to serve. Lots of private lot parking here and the location is pretty good too. The restaurant is of average cleanliness (you know me, one star just for that) and I will take it. Some OG’s are DIRTY! The overall consensus of the food was positive. Average star rating round the table was 4 outta 5. Just to get it outta the way, everyone loves the breadsticks....save me of course. Here is what we got and the feedback it received: 1) Shrimp appetizer with spicy sauce: I am the one who ate this and lemme tell ya, it is really good. NICE AND SPICY. It isn’t a good meal until my nose is running, my mouth is burning and my eyes are watering. A decent portion too (I made it my meal and ate salad!) 2) Tour of Italy (grilled chicken parm, ravioli in alfredo sauce, pasta with meat sauce): My girls split this. The TOI used to be so much larger....really felt skimped on everything here. The chicken breast was TINY and the pasta portions were too. The girls told me everything tasted really good though. 3) Linguine with alfredo sauce and shrimp: My brothers split this one. Simple, easy and they both gobble it up. A HUGE portion as well! 4) Steak gorgonzola pasta: My mom always gets this and loves it. Meat is tender and flavorful and it comes with an amazing sauce for the pasta. Portion on this one was huge too! 5) Chicken marsala with potatoes: My dad got this....but lemme tell you, the portion is HUGE! He was able to give everyone some food and still end up stuffed. I tasted the chicken and it was definitely good. 6) Salad: We love OG’s salad....not gonna lie. I love now that if you ask, they will put spinach in it. This time around, our salad was literally WHITE save the spinach inside. I am so glad we ordered it added. No one wants a salad to come out with no green. 7) Coffee: OG’s coffee has to be some of the best restaurant coffee’s around. Freshly brewed and super good. Came out cold a few times, but they replaced it no questions. Overall, this place is pretty decent. All of us ate for $97 (7 people total) so that isn’t too shabby either!

Worst dining experience weve ever had. There were six of us who walked in and we normally arent too needy as some of us work in restaurants. We were sat promptly, waitress seemed alright, and we got our drinks pretty quickly. However, as soon as we got our salad things went quickly downhill. The salad came with one olive, one tomato, no croutons, absolutely no salad dressing, and plenty of brown lettuce. Our waitress never came back, so we had to grab someone else so we could get some dressing. We got our appetizers, then we waited about 45 to 50 minutes for our entrees. My mom was out of tea and sitting at a table completely covered in stacks of dishes waiting to be cleared. Our waitress finally came back and told us our food would be up soon, but my mom wanted to talk to a manager. Dave the manager came over, shirt untucked, with a big smile on his face, and when my mom tried to explain our wait and how there was brown soggy lettuce in our dry salad, he only assured us that it would be delicious when it came. Now, we all know Olive Garden is a chain. The food will taste the same no matter what, so thats not really the concern. How can frozen raviolis being reheated take 50 minutes when other people who were there after us had already gotten their food? Some of our food came. My friends food was missing and my sisters food came with some hair in it. All the food had been sitting in the window; the pasta was starchy and dry and my sauce was coagulated. In the end, Dave took off my sisters food and the appetizer, thanked us for coming, and told us things would be better next time. As my mom said, we dont know how it can be worse. Well never be back to this location again and will be cooking better, fresher food at home next time were all together.
