I knew I was in bad spot to begin with- in a crunch and having to get this kind of fast food, though Ive always liked the hamburgers and fries when in this position. Get back to work with the bag and find out I was given the wrong order... Well, I was in a pinch to begin with, so I have no time to go back. Open the order I got (a crispy chicken sandwich and fries) and think ok, fine. The sandwich looked disgustingly thrown together and bad, and the taste matched the appearance. Was hopeful I could enjoy the fries at least. Nope. They had reached any prime they had back in 2013. I can only hope that one day the up and coming better places that dont serve garbage finally force places like this out of business. The big trash chains have been forced to try and up their game but remain an absolute a joke.

Horrible! On 03/21/16, Monday morning approx 11am I went through the drive thru and got a coffee and 2 of the value menu bacon dBL cheeseburgers. I ate the first one rather quickly as I had been up and on the go since 5 am. I was coming from a work meeting in Cleveland on my way to my job site in Boardman, so I stopped off at he I-480 twinsburg exit. Never had an issue until I actually noticed the bacon in the second burger partially hanging out of the bun. It looked almost RAW. I quickly removed the chunk of (fused together strips/thick slices) RAW looking bacon and placed it on a napkin on my front passenger seat. Ive never had an issue with undercooked bacon and this was just GROSS. Please please please instruct your staff to fully cook bacon in the future.

The last time I was here, I received terrible service. We had ordered whoppers, fries, and drinks, and realized in hindsight that there was a 2 for $10 whopper meal deal that would have saved us a lot of money (as we had a large group on one bill). As we rarely go to Burger King, it would have been difficult (or impossible) for us to have known or found out that this offer existed without being informed by an employee. The cashier did not do a good job in informing us of the savings and details of the meal options and offers (she did not provide any information at all) and it resultantly cost us a lot more money than was necessary. She was also very rude. Never again am I eating here.

I normally wouldnt say much about a fast food place, but this one is really clean and I love the interior. its really stylish. it has some lounge chairs and high top tables. there is a big isolated kids play area too with its own set of tables in there.

Earlier today I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches,both were wrong ,old,and cold I was treated very well and management and customer service were excellent in taking care of the situation,Thanks to all the employees there.

Our visit was very pleasant. Food was good and server was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Restaurant was very clean and cheerful. The playroom was a surprise and an excellent idea. Why dont other BKs have them?

I eat here alot for lunch (usually drive thru so dont count the decor review but seems nice) and have always had a great lunch. Much better than the McPlace across the street. :)
