My girlfriend and I decided to go for lunch we pull in the parking lot was empty but for maybe 12 cars. We walk in aside from several tables being occupied by customers their where no employees as if they all went on a smoke break and we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated not so bad till we ordered. My girlfriend ordered a bacon turkey sandwich fairly simple I ordered a 3 cheese cheese burger. They managed to mess my order up 2 times first they bring me a grilled cheese and when I said its not what I ordered they said oh you said this do you want us to put a burger on the grill. I said yes put my order in then next they bring me a burger after 15 minutes with hash browns not fries. I said n o I dont want hash browns so to get my friend took another 20 minutes. The whole time we where their was about 90minutes with 5 tables filled and 3 servers a manager and a bus boy.

Im not sure why I continue to visit this location because not one single visit was good. Today was the final straw, I will never visit this location again. I watched 2 different guest sit in the same spot, order, eat and leave before we received our food. Our waitress didnt even apologize, we also had to wait for her to give us our check so we can leave. Theres always been small things, incorrect amount on the bill, 2 pancakes instead of 3, never refilling coffee, dry stiff pancakes, the list can go on. But we get a credit to come back and experience a new problem. Today, I didnt even say a word, what more can I complain about to make a difference. The only thing this location is consistent at is poor service.

Never seen a more depressed waiter. Made me want to cry..place was not busy and no one was cleaning up the few dirty tables I noticed. My sons cheeseburgers buns were hard as a rock and my bfs country fried steak was overly cooked. And all of his food was cold. The manager told us she would cook my bf fresh food to send home for free. We get home and realize she nuked his food that we sent back and shoved it into a take home box. I am recommended you do not even go here.

Online order. Arrived on time to pick up... had to wait 3-4 minutes for the greeter sitting people to get my food, then Im told she cant make change for a $20 on a $13 order - had to wait for the manager to get change. Then she takes another customer with a Credit card that ran into problems. Food ok, but cold by the time they finished with me - probably a 15 minute delay.

I went to this place a few days ago for lunch. The salad was amazing, the servers were polite and refreshed my soda without me asking, and the assistant manager, Sarah, was polite, professional, and went beyond to help me while I was there. I would gladly eat here again.

I went to Bob Evans this morning I ordered my food. I watched 5 people that came in after me get served food before me and while I watched them eat for another ten minutes. My food finally came out and my order was wrong. I am so unhappy with my service today.

Service was excellent. Server was very friendly. We ordered eggs over medium, but they were not cooked enough. They eggs were too runny and slimey. Usually the eggs are cooked better. We come here at least once a week.

The absolute worse service. Managers did not help new servers or new cooks. The entire process broke down. One hour to wait to get uncooked food. No offer for a discount or a real apology.

If I could give them a zero I would. My sausage patties were burnt. No powdered sugar on my French toast. My French toast was made extremely sloppy. I asked for hash got something else.
