Call and youll immediately placed on hold for 3 to 6 minutes. Never fails. Theres always an issue, doesnt matter if its delivery or pick-up. Delivery = hour or more wait and food is cold. This is insane considering Im down the street. (5 minutes away) Its seems they wait to have multiple orders before the delivery guy even bothers to bring your order and 9 out of 10 times something is missing or wrong. Usually its missing the buttery garlic on the crust. And whats with the $3.50 delivery fee? Seriously?! Pick-up = Rude and very lackadaisical attitude. Apparently them finishing their conversation in the back is more important than attending customers. I live very close, so when I dont opt for delivery this is usually what I deal with. Now I order from Saddle Brook location. Better service and food.

Its hit or miss here. Half the time, the pizza tastes good and half the time, it tastes horrible and dry. Orders are rarely ready when they say theyll be ready and the store manager is rude and lies. The last time I was there, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there 25 minutes after ordering and the manager said "itll be done in a minute." It wasnt done until another 15 minutes later. The whole time, he kept telling me itll be done in a minute. He blatantly lied to my face. Theres no way a MANAGER wouldnt know how much longer it will be until a pie is ready. He lied repeatedly. Horrible customer service.

This is the best pizza hut by far. I recently came here to order a small pie and i received 2 pies for only $10.00 (during a current promotional deal). The General Manager, Raudy was extremely effective at his job unlike other food chains i have been too. There was a lot of people and he properly managed his restaurant to assure there was no long wait and all the orders while i was waiting came out on time. Every order was accurate and correct to the customers liking. Def. recommend ordering from this Pizza hut if you can because it was honestly just a Job well DONE!

Very slow delivery probably cause everyone order pizza. Cant say about the taste cause Pizza Hut use the same sauce or suppose to. When I ordered online (written clearly) they forgot to put topping that I got charged extra for. One time I went to pick up very disorganized store saw it with my own eyes. Plus $3.5 for delivery thats written not tip included on receipt; Pizza Hut use this money to pay their employees? Including the tax expensive as hell for one pizza. For one I always give delivery guy tip. Wonder were that delivery fee go!

I ordered delivery a Big Dinner Box of cheese sticks, wings, and 2 pizza along with a side of fries yet it took 2 HOURS for it to get delivered! When we got the food, everything was cold, soggy, and tasted stale! They barely added any fries which were cold and mushy We ordered boneless wings and we got bone-in The cheese sticks were cold and stale We had 2 pizzas, both of which were cold. 1 of which was a pretzel pizza that had WAYYY too much salt on it! I will never order from this PH again! Absolutely ridiculous.

Employees at this location is very rude. I called the location 50 times and would not pick up the phone calls and hung up every time we called. Their response was "Pizza Hut has given us the authority not to pick up Customer Phone Calls". Destiny Siri is the rudest Manager in this location. PLEASE HIGHLY AVOID GOING HERE.

If you ordering there be prepared to wait more than a half hour. But pizza is delicious overall! Their delivery takes sometimes if your lucky 20 minutes. Latest ive gotten it was 30 minutes. They dont pick up the phone right away since their very busy with other calls and customers.

Its stupid that I have to wait this long I mean, it takes a half hour for delivery, and they want me to pay the delivery fee? YEAH RIGHT! Im not paying extra for a pizza that took too long, that it is colder than ice. I have had better.

First time I ordered from them. To be delivered in Passaic they took over 45 mins to deliver. I ordered at 820. And I was still waiting at 915 by my window.
