I only order from this Pizza Hut even though I live closer to the Pizza Hut in Stow. I always get great, kind service from everyone when I carryout. I can only speak for their pizza and boneless wings, but I have never been disappointed. My order is always fresh, hot, and delicious. Also, I highly recommend making an account with Pizza Hut and receiving their emails. I get coupons so often. I never pay for pizza without getting at least 20% off. Sometimes I get coupons as much as 50% off my entire order.

Got wrong pizza. Called and the person I spoke with was nice and understood. Said come back and pick it up and they will make me the right one. Got there and the person at the window was super rude basically saying it was my fault and wanted me to pay again even though they gave me a plain cheese pizza

Food is always what you expect. Employees are very nice. Service is good. A bit too dimly lit inside and its probably because it really needs a good cleaning. Had to keep telling my kids not to touch things because they looked kinda gross. Things like window sills and such. Table was fine.

The service was rude, I got hung up on, got my order incorrect, then when I talked to a manager she too was rude. Needless to say I will never order from here again, not only did they loose my household as a customer, they lost everyone at my party as a customer too.
