This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to... and Ive been to a lot of Taco Bells. They "dont carry Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes" but they can make a Loaded Potato Griller. Talk about being lazy. Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes are potatoes, cheese and sour cream. Loaded Potato Grillers are potatoes, cheese, sour cream, bacon and tortilla. That is MORE ingredients than the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. How do you "not carry them"???? On top of that they are always out of Baja Blast. Im convinced they have never once ordered Baja Blast. Add in painfully slow service and this place is a joke. Drive an extra 10 minutes to the next Taco Bell.

The slowest service i have ever seen. If you order food at the drive-through you will see at least one car pull away out of frustration from waiting too long and you may even do it yourself. I see a car leave without food at least once every time Im there. Even if you go in and order, expect to wait a solid 10 minutes to get your food. It is the biggest mystery to me why this place is so slow because it appears everyone is working and yet it takes a laughably long amount of time to get food. No other fast food restaurant takes this long

Absolutley terrible service. Went through the drive through and it was 15 minutes before we could order then 10 minutes to get up to the windiw to pay for it... they were so rude taking our order and by the time we got to the window they were dancing around and playing on their phones IN FRONT OF US and the they sat our food down and we watched it sit there for 5 minutes! For no reason! WTH!

Arrived 15 minutes before 10PM...yes before 10PM at a Taco Bell, and they were closed. If you are looking for something unique, by all means visit the Taco Bell that closest the earliest in the United States, probably in the entire world. Senorita Bonitas next door is open later and 99999999% better than this Taco Bell. The owner doesnt care about their business so why give it to him?

Compared to what Im used to for Taco Bells this was actually a huge step up. Yes they took a smidge of time to get my food but it was fresh and perfect. Only complaint isnt even really about the taco bell half, its that the KFC side didnt carry the Zinger sauce or whatever that they used to use in the twister wraps forever ago, though while in KY I did find some.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The girl in the Drive-Thru is rude. She told me that I ordered a lemonade and come to find out she had the complete wrong order. Food was poorly made and thrown together. I keep telling myself Im going to stop eating fast food as of today Taco Bell has helped me make up my mind I will no longer eat Taco Bell

Great employees. I was greeted at the door. Wow. And after I ate and was leaving they said have a good day when I left...I was so shocked. Bathroom very clean. Floor clean. Windows and sills were clean...I was there during lunch and food was prepared fast and was done as I ordered...I took items out of tacos... Best Taco Bell!

Faculty was arguing with each other and rude to the customers. The floor seemed like it was never cleaned. Food was sloppily prepared, order was wrong. I have had diarrhea several times from this location showing that there is no regard for the customer even to the point its fine by them if you get sick consistently.

This place is a joke. Forget the drive-through if you are in any sort of time crunch. I have genuinely waited upwards of half an hour just sitting in my car at this location waiting at the drive through line. Their service is incredibly slow and seemingly 50% of the time they manage to completely mess up the order.

They must be hiring morons exclusively at this taco bell. Dont even think about having a custom order. It doesnt matter how many times you tell them no sour cream. You will get sour cream. Cant wait til automated robots take their jobs, or hell, even a trained chimpanzee could do a better job.

Wish you could give this place 0 stars. Waited 20 minutes for my food after I paid for it and was late getting back to work. On top of that, there were no other customers and still screwed up my order. I didnt realize serving your only customer 4 bean burritos was such a difficult task.....

awful service, workers there are not nice and give attitude if you ask them anything. they ALWAYS mess up my order. the one in twinsburg is so much better. the workers here need to take lessons from chickfila or something. awful workers, would give 0 stars if possible.

Its a Taco Bell. Its not fine dining, but the staff is usually pretty nice, but the service can be slow at times. The hours are disappointing, but it does have a KFC attached - and fried chicken with taco sauce is amazing.

The line is always ridiculously long. That being said, the person that always takes the order is super nice and seems like they appreciate your business...if you can ever get to the window to pay and get your food!

Everyone just stands around. Waited in the dining room for 20 mins before I got my food. Worst Taco Bell around, my food still had sour on it after I asked for it without. Do not come here youll waste your lunch

I really wish they would turn off the "Drive Through Open" sign when the drive through is not open. Or tell us that theyre not taking any orders instead of letting us sit at the drive through for 5 minutes.

Not sure what time everyone else goes there, but Ive always had friendly, albeit slow (I go after normal lunch rush). Only Taco Bell that has/had the new Diablo (black) sauce packets.
