We usually order from the Wooldridge location but the last 10 times "yes we eat wingstop ALOT." They either undercooked our order,something was missing, are order was wrong or we had to wait 30+ minutes past the time our food was said to be ready. This (ayers) location is across town from us but from the reviews we thought to give it a try and im glad we did! Food was hot and fresh waited no longer than 5 minutes to recieve our food. Besides that the cashier had good customer service skills. Happy national chicken wing day.

The food never disappoints! Great food. customer service is a little more than good. THE MAIN REASON for giving a 3 star is because of the wait. I waited at least 45 minutes for my order. Three customers came in after I did and they received there order before I did!! The service could have been more organized. Although, one of the cooks did apologize and explain why the wait was so long.

Not happy at all with service. Order was wrong and all he said was sorry let me refry ur order I said a new order and they told me no it would be the same fries. As a business owner u dont refry an order when u have already distributed the order out. Heal the dept needs to come in here. Will never return. No good service or customer satisfaction

Used the app to order ahead. I placed the order 90 minutes before pick up, and my order hadnt been completed. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order, which ended up being incomplete, as they forgot the large cheese fries I had ordered.

Their wing, chicken strips are awesome. The carrot and celery sticks are a must yummy yummy. Fresh made buttery rolls also potato salad, baked beans. Amonh other things seasoned fries and cheese. And a cold beer to go with that.

Worst wings ever!!! My entire order was burned. When I called the manager laughed at me. And when I asked for corporates number, the manager hung up on me. Worst place ever

Had a timed order for 530. Went in at 527 and the fries were ice cold. Manager told me they just cooked them, but remade them anyways.
