It was obvious the waitress was rushing us to get served. A waiter replaced her soon later so we realized she had finished her shift, luckily! Our new waiter was good and very nice. In regard to the food, very dissapointing and overpriced for the quality of it. My husband ordered the Shrimp Scampi with asparragus and tomatoes over angel hair spaguetti. It came with no sauce, not even a bit of butter to add some taste to it. It looked and tasted as if everything was just boiled and put together in a hurry. I ordered the Chicken Marsala with roasted potatoes. The potatoes were not freshly or golden roasted, I could tell because of taste and I know how to cook. The chicken breast was well cooked but the Marsala sauce was mmmmm, ok but it seemed like they just were giving me a sample of it, very scarce. It had maybe 4 slices of small mushrooms and the sauce didnt even touched the plate. They should also offer some veggies along with it. The white wine should be well chilled and it wasnt, I had to add a piece of ice to it from my glass of water. The only thing they seem to maintain the quality of, is the salad and bread. I have heard the restaurant was not good anymore but did not paid attention and went anyways, big mistake! I will not be back again :|

To the Restaurant Manager at Olive Garden in Colerain Ave off 275: I tried to place a to go order on 12/31 @ about 120pm. There was too much noise in the background, I got offended because the lady who was taking my order started laughing. It seems to me she was laughing because of my accent and pretending she could not understand me. I have to repeat my order several times. I have and tried to talk very slowly. After placing my order, I ask her how much is my bill, at this point I was on hold for almost 10 min with that very loud music in the background. We have been going to and patronizing Olive Garden for several years and since you moved on that location. This is the only restaurant that my wife wants to go when we eat out (no other restaurant in Cincinnati area and in San Francisco, CA Bay Area). Whoever your associate who talk to me, is the worst associate and does know how to deal with your customers. She does not deserve to be your associate. Finally, my wife told me that she does not want to eat there anymore because of the attitude of your associate. Thank you and Happy New Year. David Legaspi Forest Park

Tonight i brought my Great Grandfather, his brother both WWII VETS both over the age of 90. I myself am also a veteran but what they did for these two was amazing. They dont typically do reservations or holds or anything but my Great Uncle cant walk well and can not stand for long periods of time. He gets weak and fatigued (kemo) i called ahead to see if there was anything at all they could do to help me prevent this the young woman said they do not do reservations of any lind but due to the circumstances and today being Veterans day they would add my name to the wait list we got there and had 10 minutes to wait which luckily there were seats available they could sit in. They really took care of two of the most important men and influences in my life and my childrens lives. I joined the service because of these two men. Thank you TERI (the woman that answered the phone and checked us in) FOR BEING JUST AN AMAZING PERSON AND DOING THAT FOR TWO VETERANS. I WOULD GIVE HER SPECIFICALLY 100,000 stars if i could. Thank you

I took my ole lady and my 2 year daughter last night to olive garden in Coleraine, our waitress was not pleasant and the food was moderately pleasing. I ordered a coke, I got a battered down coke, then i tell my waitress it watery. She takes it back and 25 minutes later she brings me out a coke, I teller i dont want and she cops an attitude. Told my wife we shoulda just went to Florence cuz they know how to take care of there guest, I mean my wife asked a soul n salad and u asked for tour of Italy that comes with soup or salad and I didnt get my soup til I left. So the wife talks to the manager and he was less n butter to talk to. He says "if something is unsatisfying com get me", Im thinking like yeah like Im ever coming back here again. So he said hes gonna take care of our bill and we left unsatisfied Never again, dont recommend this location to anyone

Last time I went there I wasnt happy with the service. Employees would walk right in front of you without even saying "excuse" me. Another time I asked where the rest room was (it is not marked) a girl just said back there at the end of the room and acted annoyed. I asked about the price of a meal that wasnt marked on the menu. The price I was given was lower than the actual price I ended up paying by about 25%. Also, the first batch of bread sticks were stale. You dont really notice this much until you get the second batch and there is a noticeable difference which Im sure they fool a lot of people on this by feeding them leftovers. Next time I will refuse the first ones and ask for fresh ones. When I go out to eat I would rather not play these types of games.

It was glorious. Our food arrived quickly and practically all at once. Our server, Abby, was great! She complimented us, refilled our drinks before we asked, and was very attentive to our table. Very friendly and excited to serve. On the way out, 3-4 employees said thank you and wished us a farewell. Very good customer service. Before we left, myself and my date asked for more mints at the front desk and they gave us 10 more. 10 more mints. Im impressed with the welcoming customer service here and would recommend.

Usually we have a very good experience at Olive Garden Stonecreek, however tonight was an exception. After getting seated we waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to get our order. My husband, celebrating his birthday, got soup and salad. I got the Italian trio. His soup was lukewarm. My spaghetti had very little sauce. We didnt wait long for our food and it tasted fine. We will return as we frequent OG several times per month and anyone can have a bad day. Theyll get another shot to get It right.
