Ordered online for delivery and asked for (4) marinara with special instruction MARINARA=CHEESE SAUCE (since cheese sauce is not an online option). Received 4 marinara, which is ok, but makes me wonder what the special instruction section is for, if nobody reads it. The worst part was that ALL 4 marinara cups were only half full. There is a line at the top that indicates what a full cup should be and these were nowhere near that line. We called to complain (especially because the fries we ordered were now useless to us) and got a $5 credit and advice to call it in next time. Ugh... I really just want to vent, and thats why Im making this complaint. Anyone else who orders should be wary. I tipped $5 without looking at what we received and I guarantee I will ask to look at the order first, before tipping, from now on.

People think just because you work in customer service you owe them something people dont understand you have a job to do and there are more customers than just you and people that dont tip make me sick the drivers make four dollars an hour so they depend on tips to pay for at least thier gas I hope all the bad things in the world happen to all people that dont tip and think everybody owes them something

I go to Pizza Hut for the breadsticks. But for some odd reason they decided to quit selling cheese sauce.... Why in the world would you stop saying cheese sauce?lol I hadnt been since the company made that decision

I just bought three pizzas and they are thrash greasy undercooked thrash just because this is the only pizza hut in town now doesnt mean they can serve this crap from now on Papa Johns is my go to.

We gt Pizza from here all the time, have never had a problem, and the Manager has been with Pizza Hut for some crazy time frame like 15-30 years, so you dont have to deal with poor management.
