I usually drive out of my way (Dry Ridge is much closer for me) because Walton is usually much better. But tonight, the 16 year old and his 17 year old "boss" took 10 minutes to wait on the couple in front of me. Our invitation to order was a stare from the 16 year old (wearing a "Hustlers" sweatshirt). I ordered (and paid for) a pizza with extra tomatoes. I get home and find NO TOMATOES. None. This is why I drove 15 miles out of my way. Unacceptable, Taco Bell. These kids may not want to be there in a Friday night, but thats not something I should have to deal with.

Actually not bad considering the line was literally out the door when we got there, our food came right on out, hot & fresh (we were missing 3 sides & a biscuit & when I walked back to the counter to get it, I felt like I was overlooked by at least 3 ppl plus there was a young lady standing by the employee entrance door for the entire 30-45 mins we were there just talking to ppl, but hey she could have been on her break, who knows Im not judging but it was a bit like really? When I had to yell to get someones attention to get the rest of my order since it was forgotten)

Horrible toco bell!!!...,I asked for no beans in my nachos and there was big load of it and not only that it tasted like it sat out for a while and my chips was soggy as heck!!! And the meat was horrible and then on my chicken qesadilla they onky gave me 3 the 4th one was just a little triangle with nothing inside ... I been here alot and they still suck!! Never can get my oder right, I will never be going back.

The food is always good but it consistently takes 10-15 minutes just to get my food (I normally get a $5 fill up or some chips and cheese). Also, a group of girls came to my place of business and were very very rude ( I only note this because they were in their uniforms). If a worker is out in public wearing their uniform they should be very respectful because this reflected on their business poorly.

Place was full inside, drive thru around bldg. Ordered said would be 8 minutes on original. Only one register open. People packed in line. My aunt ordered then me. Didnt even offer us a drink while waiting. Asked for sauces no bbq, and no honey mustard. A ND they gave my order to someone else. That customer asked me if it was mine.

Cashier had an attitude and gave me almost $3.00 in change back...I decided to spend the change so my pocket wasnt weighed down...how hard is it to ask your manager for one to change the customer out...thank God the manager of kfc helped me or I wouldve left...
