as of today they lost their 5 star rating with me. i got my food and it was luke warm and the chix fried chix was crispy like potato chips. i told my server and she said yes it does look crispy; ill get you a new one. i put it to the side. another girl comes by, can i get you a to go for that? no, my server is take care of it. whats the problem she asked? she took the plate and heated it up in a microwave, gave it back to me. i said no, no, and i got up and walked out to see the manager. mgr was "lookin" at me. the man whom i think was the manager, brings my food and he makes me take a bite on the spot to see if its hot enough. i said i trust and he said no, take a bite while he watched me. he forgot my beans and he brings those and they were so HOT, they were steaming. i couldnt eat them without burning my mouth. now, that wasnt even funny. my legitimate complaint made ME the bad guy. microwave didnt get rid of the crispy. the portion was way smaller, but i didnt say anything. pretty bad. pay 10.00 for a luke warm meal and this young girl will pop it in the microwave for ya. ill bet she wouldnt like that if she were out for dinner. but, to bring those beans so HOT was a slap in the face. i got it. it got it. they kept saying we just want you to be happy over and over. anything they make, i can make at home. they have plenty of business, they dont need mine. i cannot believe how all this went down. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE way to treat people. by then, i was sick to my stomach at the way they treated me. didnt have much of an appetite.

Waited 10 minutes for a table. Once seated the waitress came to our table immediately and brought drinks quickly. Waited 30 minutes before she came back to inform us that she lost our ticket. We left, as we hadnt eaten all day. Called the manager and was informed that "I should have asked for him." That "by the time we went somewhere else he could have fixed it". Informed him this was not the first time weve had a bad experience at his restaurant. Wasnt asked what could be done to make it better, how he could fix our experience. Nothing. For a manager to have such bad customer service says something. Do not go to this Cracker Barrel, it isnt worth the frustration, the wait, the customer service. Go a few more exits up the highway and eat at the cracker barrel in Florence.

Love this location. The waitstaff is super friendly and helpful. They all know the menu and can answer questions about the food pretty quickly. Food was awesome! I had the Momma Breakfast, which came with French toast. I had the Mountain Blueberry syrup, which was served warm and very yummy! Hubby and son had Grilled Catfish with 3 sides, which they both said was great. Definitely recommend this location as it usually only takes a few mins to get seated even during the dinner rush.

I got a gift card for this place for my birthday. Waited over an hour for our food to come out. It had colslaw on my sandwich that I asked for plan stated repeatedly to the waitress I dont like manaise. Argued with me that there wasnt any on my sandwich. We left never going back! Asked for my money back. They refused to. Stuck with a gift card I will never use. Maybe corporate will give me money back? Probably wont or didnt if this is still on here.

Whenever we travel down to the lake we always stop at this cracker barrel due to the location.. really wish they was a different one. Staff is friendly but there is always an issue with the food.. today everyones French Toast and/or pancakes were burnt. Not one dish got pre-bussed and busy was not busy at all, many available tables the entire time our group was there

Food was about half of what you get at other similar places sit there over an hour because they forgot to put food order in then manager comes out and says different that they dropped the food after the waitress said she forgot to put it in and then he wants to take off 2 drinks to pay us back for an hour-and-a-half wait that manager is a joke

I love eating at Cracker Barrel, especially for breakfast and our server was really nice and remade my bacon when we found a piece of hair on it. Although for personal reasons, I dont enjoy the fact that this place has a smoking section in the 3rd dining room but hey some restaurants do and others dont. Friendly servers and a great staff!

Ive never had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel, and this wasnt any different. I was at this store towards the end of the evening so they were out of some food, but the waitress were very helpful in choosing something else. The restrooms were clean and well maintained, and the store part was well stocked and orderly.

maybe a bad night but when the gravy for your country fried steak shows up after you you have eat most of your dinner something went real bad manager was no help no ajustment do to order being wrong and late arriving gravey. so well not stop here again to bad its on a road we travel alot

Service is always great here. This is my local CB and we go here pretty often. I can not recall ever getting anything but top notch service and quality food. Dining room is always clean. It is always busy but they always seem to be able to seat you quickly and provide timely service.

We were sat right in front of the kitchen door even though the place was empty. When we asked to relocate we were told there was no one working the section where we would like to sit. The Ocra was cold and we got very few fries on top of that. We will not be returning here.

I dont understand why you make people wait when 2 tops are empty for 30 minutes and people come in and ask how long wait is for a table for two and hostess says 25 or 30 minutes. Seen 4 couples leave ,seen 4sl leave and a table for 7 leave and a table for 16 leave.

Kyndra and the staff are very friendly. Its almost as if they walked straight out of a cracker barrel commercial. The manager went out of her way to make sure I had deviled eggs even though it wasnt included in the salad I ordered! Highly recommended.

Really amazing, however slot of the staff is super lazy ( young workers) and I believe the place needs to expand seating and parking lot, other than that if your looking for a great meal this is one of the better cracker barrels

Best service of any restaurant around-- Diane, Katie, Billie Jean, Tracy, & Jessie. Good is tasty and reasonably priced. Servers are extremely friendly and cant do enough for you. Highly recommend the Dry Ridge location.

This location in regards to the quality of the food and portion size have gone down hill in the last couple of months. This had been our Cracker Barrel of choice fir decades. We wont be going back.
