Im not the type of guy to bash a restaurant after one time but this was honestly one of my worst experiences Ive ever had. Here is my experience: I called at 4:16 pm to place an order for delivery since I am not allowed to leave work. The girl that took my order over the phone said it would 30 minutes until I received my order. I was fine with that. I wait patiently but assumed at 6:00 pm that they just werent coming. I was even okay with that since I wasnt charged yet, I was about to get off, and I could just eat at home. At 6:10 pm, the driver walks in and says she has my food for delivery. You are reading that correctly, it was close to 2 hours after I placed my order that I got my food (I posted the receipts to Facebook because I couldnt believe it). I was annoyed but I was still hungry and the food was here. I paid for it and she left. My tipping point came about this moment when I realized my food was cold. Thats when I initially tried to call to complain. I attempted to call several times, with each time the girl saying the manager wasnt in yet. At this point I felt like Mario, the "manager", was just avoiding me. I left my number and told the girl to tell Mario to call me, regardless of the time. Its been 2 days and still no call so thats why I am placing this review. I could have just talked to Mario, complained and then moved on but he obviously didnt care enough about his customers to even provide me that. I will never eat from that place again. tl;dr Poor service, poor management, cold food.

I ordered for delivery from here tonight at 7:15. I live less than 10 minutes away but I didn’t feel like going out in the cold. I called and ordered the $7.50 combo. I asked if chips and salsa came with it, to which she replied “um hold on… Okay is that it for you?” I said yes. She then told me the total was $13.77, with the $2 delivery fee, so I guess chips and salsa didn’t come with it and she thought I wanted them anyway. No big deal. Then I gave her my address and she asked where that was and I told her. Forty minutes later, I got a call from the delivery guy. He wanted to know where my house was, and again I told him. He said it wasn’t where he thought it was and that my delivery fee had gone up to $4 because “the $2 fee is for people who live 4-5 miles away.” Nowhere does their website say that, and according to Google Maps, I live 4.4 miles away. At this point his $5 tip had gone down to $0, because he was obviously just telling me that to get more money out of me. Five minutes later he got to my house and told me the total was $15.77 so I gave him $16 and told him to keep the change. I closed the door and then watched him stand on the porch and count to see how much of a tip I gave him. I’m sure it’s not the restaurant’s fault and that they don’t have some kind of policy where if you live too far away you have to pay more, but they definitely need to fire this guy. The food was okay, but I won’t order from there again.

Fast food of its type in Cartersville their tacos their burritos are phenomenal their wings are awesome theres many many different flavors to choose from the dining experiences so so theres only beer not a full bar not a lot of room but thats okay because the food is so good it really wouldnt matter how their dining room look I would eat there anyway. Call someone to add their stuff is so awesome and friendly I was stuck at work and my wife was stuck at home I called City Wings I ordered food to my job for me I ordered food to my house for my wife and my kids and they were nice enough to come here and let me pay for both orders go City Wings !!!!!

Lived in this area only a month order takeout often...the best thing I can say about this place is good food. but the service is horrific very slow delivery, very rude order taking process, and ALWAYS a issue with our order something left off incorrect pricing something !! Today my fiancee just had to have Mexican and the delivery guy just straight up shorted us $10. And the worst part about the restaurant is that there is seemingly no chain of command you can never speak with anyone of authority to make an actual legitimate complaint.

Terrible customer service experience with the Manager! I placed a to-go order for 10 wings with delivery. My total was $11.86 after a delivery fee. My card was actually ran for more than $11.86 ($16.00) and a tip was not left on the card. The tip was given in cash. When I called to talk with the manager after seeing my pending transaction for more than the $11.86 he basically said OH WELL. Also saying "its not my problem". terrible TERRIBLE business ethic. AWFUL.

Nasty. Have gone to the place once before and it was ok. Today I ordered a taco salad and picked it up and it is the absolute worst thing thing I have ever seen. There is about a 3/4 inch (half of my plastic fork tines disappear in it) of watery stuff at the bottom like maybe the stuff you get when your sour cream separates in the container and lots of it have already oozed thru the shell. Almost zero lettuce. If I can upload a photo I will.

The woman who answered the phone this morning was ridiculously rude. I repeated my order 4 times before she got it right, then after placing my order she tells me they wont deliver it for me, when I specified stated "Id like to place an order for delivery" when I tried explaining I needed it delivered she told a coworker you need to explain this sh** to her. I cancelled my order and I will NEVER order from there again even if I was paid to!

No option to not give a zero or else thats the rating I would have given them. I order from this place two times a week and since its so often I understood minor mess ups and often dont bother to complain. Tonight they only delivered us only two sandwiches without fries. When I called they pretty much accused me of actually receiving them over and over and said "well some people lie!" Food is also mediocre at best. Lost a good customer!!

I have been coming to City Wings for several years...never had bad service. Their wings are awesome, also try the chicken nachos...to die for. Another favorite is their chips and salsa which they freely give away like most Mexican restaurants do...only theirs they should charge, it is so good! Also people, they deliver! I gladly choose this restaurant over any other Mexican restaurant in Carterville for a causal dining experience.

They only get one star because 0 isnt possible. I had heard from friends that this was a good cheap place to eat, but now im just wondering how they arent condemmed yet. My girlfirend and i had a 10 piece wing each. The food didnt seem bad until the night of when i was holding my girlfriends hair so she could evacuate herself of whatever disgusting things they had culminated in that kitchen. Our first and last time ordering there.
