Ive been to several Ledos and thought to have a similar experience as the others. So, arriving at the location, i was instructed to sit where I want and my waiter will be there. The waiter was very prompt and helpful. I ordered breadsticks and a medium Italian white pizza. I received both items at the same time in a reasonable time. The bread sticks were as expected, Ledo sauce was watery, and the pizza was drowning in oil really thin crust, about half the thickness of the others. I guess you can say they really "cut corners" at this location. Dont order the Italian white, apparently ALL the white is drowning in oil. According to the waitress, the cook and the manager. The 1 star is for the waitress who did wonderful job. Atmosphere is alright. There is a bar and low lighting. I will not be returning to this location.

The food (pizza) was yummy. And the young lady who took our order was super-sweet at the counter. Unfortunately, the woman who identified herself as "the owner" was rude, sarcastic, and extremely nasty. Her attitude was like no other "owner" Ive encountered. We were visiting family, so there were at least 4 of us together. We left before things got any worse--but suffice it to say: if that "owner" wants to stay in business, its best she stay out of sight...customers do not need that.

First experience was good. Second was a complete disaster. Rude wife/co-owner. Remember the customer is always right. If not you make it right. You never tell a customer what they want when its clearly on the menu HOT honey mustard wings. Beside that discipline your workers privately. Your display of a super... SUCKED. I told you that. Only tip you got was to straighten out your attitude or get out the business. Food is okay but Ill never sit in again.

After striking out with several restaurants on Valentines Day, we ducked into Ledos. The experience was actually quite nice and salvaged the evening (mostly). Excellent service and the food is even better. The pizza is as good as the original shop in College Park. We spent a good deal of time chatting with the owner and he is first rate. It appears to be a family-run operation and wed recommend it to anyone. Well be going back.

Worst Ledo Pizza in general. Uses bathroom paper towels as table napkins, sees you sit down in the dining room but ignores you for 30 minutes and fails to tell you they were closing 1-2 hours early. Automatically adds 15-20% tip to lunch bills. Go to the one in Ellicott City. Worth the 15 minute drive.

Admittedly this Ledo Pizza is close to my home so convenience is a factor. But I still have no complaints about the quality of the product or the service when I eat in. I now know the owners and find them good business people and eager to produce a good family restaurant. Parking is no problem.

The food is delicious, but its a 50/50 chance if Im going to get what I ordered. There have been 4 times in the last six months where theyve gotten the toppings wrong on my pizzas. Mistakes happen, but theyre fairly consistent here. Everyone is polite, though. And, again, the pizza is so good.

I really enjoyed their steak sub, and I did enjoy their pizza. Though I wouldnt prefer to sit down in their restaurant area their food is great. Often times the dough could be a bit undercooked but I do like that. The customer service is good and their staff is very friendly.

Absolutely Awful, Not a REAL italian pizza place, go somewhere else. Middle Eastern people should never run an italian restaurant. pizza was crap, cheesesteak was all bread and lettuce with next to no steak. Server barely spoke english. Just go elsewhere.

Just awful!! This place has fallen on hard times. No AC in the building we were the only table and could not find a server. THE pizza is old stale tasting go to the one on St. PAUL Street or at White Marsh for dine in service. You have been warned.

Worst ledos Ive ever been too! Was told a 20 minutes wait and had to go back to the counter and ask for my food after 45 mins... It was a to go order and I was sitting there waiting! All the guy said was, "yeah sorry".... The worst!!

This is by far the BEST pizza ever. No pizza place is topping Ledos. I only get my pizzas from here. Too bad they do not deliver. I love the restaurant section. Nice and cozy and most of all kid friendly. The bar area is great too.

They are super nice. I eat here on my lunch break all the time. The other day, i thought the cashier swiped my card but she didnt. I came back at 6pm to pay but the other cashier told me it was ok, dont worry about it.

The owner needed a napkin to wipe up some food for another table walked by my table and used our napkins, didnt even ask , just grabbed our napkins went to another table and started cleaning it. Very disrespectful. ,

This pizza is truly horrible. The only flavor that comes through is the sugar in the sauce. I am mad at myself for consuming the fat and calories. Chaulk it up as another disappointing food experience in Baltimore.

Ive never had a poor experience here. Ive been coming for years. Once they messed up my order and gave me a refund due to their issue. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Plus they have a bar.
