I went here with my family on the recommendation from my sister, who had a great experience in Columbus. The place was not busy, surprisingly, we were here at about 5pm. The staff were all friendly, and it seemed like there was somebody new working there. We were all very disappointed with our meals, and left with a sour taste in our mouths - literally, for me. I had a simple pasta with Alfredo sauce, and it was incredibly bland, but the grilled chicken I had on it was pretty tasty. The parmesan sticks were really greasy, and I dont think a single person finished one. My husband got a piada, and said he didnt even want to finish it, but did, as he hadnt eaten all day. He did however really enjoy their Berry flavored Italian Soda. My sister said she usually gets the steak as it is very flavorful, but was very plain today. We walked out with great regrets wishing we had gone to Chipotle, which is right across the street. Also, the floor was very sticky; I almost lost my shoe.

Sunday evening and one couple in whole restaurant. Everyone is sitting around talking. Meanwhile no pepperoni sticks, no mushroom and zucchini, no small cup lids and no folks. Gotta love it when a new business opens and everything is hands down fabulous. Over time its hard to maintain that degree of customer service or the made to order calamari. I gave it two stars because everyone was smiling and it didnt seem like anyone hated their job. Always a bonus when stuffing your face with heavy carbs (Edit) The pepperoni roll that finally came had no pepperoni in it and they even gave me two. One free one.. Thanks for the crusted cheese stick minus pepperoni.. Remind me that Sundays are their weak days..

Staff greeted us as we walked in. They had just opened so we were the only people there. I advised we had never been here before and was quickly and easily explained how it worked and was provided great selections. Food was delicious, slightly more expensive than a chipotle. I loved the steak avocado piada and the peach tea was a subtly sweet treat. The manager checked on us to see if we liked the food and cleared the table after eating. A pleasant addition to a great experience. I will definitely be coming back, and rant and rave to my friends.

Wonderful first time experience. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and above all, patient. The food was great. Its such a unique spin on Italian/Mediterranean cuisine with a chipotle like set up. Prices are reasonable, and they treated my friend and I to a free meal for our first time. No doubt Ill be back. Ive already let my girlfriend know itll be a stop in the near future for us.

Love the food! (Liked it better when it was just a couple spots in Columbus;) Staff is friendly and always willing to cook ingredients with no added salt for my MIL. Kids meal is a great value. My daughter loads her Piada up with loads of goodies (including sauteed mushrooms prepared fresh sans zucchini) and gets a berry Italian soda for $5!

Food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. I usually get a small pasta bowl with salmon. The staff is friendly and fast at getting your made to order food together. The restaurant is always clean. Though it is busy, I can always find a seat. I enjoy the outdoor tables in the summer.

Piada is like being friends with a hipster. The packaging seems kinda elite and exclusive. At first you feel lucky to be parts of their inner circle. Then after a while you start to think maybe they are not unique or special, but just overcomplicated and pretentious.

GREAT food. As someone raised in an Italian family, Chipotle has nothing on this! (From a service and layout standpoint, it is very comparable to Chipotle, of course.) Every option is super-filling and tasty.....Im not sure if theres a bad pasta bowl in the bunch!

They really hook you up here. They put a ton of toppings on the pasta. Fresh ingredients. My only complaint is that the big meatball is too expensive and it is not explained clearly on the menu.

Piada food is fantastic. All foods were stocked and the salmon my lady ordered was cooked perfectly. Tables were kept clean and a man picked up trays and garbage for us. Very friendly staff.
