The store itself and most of the staff were perfectly likable as they should be. The store was clean and cosmetically looked fine. I used the deli at this location 2 days in a row. The first day, I walked in and ordered a wrap which was prepared by the manager. However, he was so distracted, paying more attention to the people in line behind me than to me and my order. The wrap was made sloppily and didnt have much in it, though I ordered plenty of veggies. That experience was generally mishandled on the part of the store manager. I understand that someone may have a lot going on or a lot on their mind, but when they are at work, they should be working. The next day I ordered online, which was my first time ever doing so. When I got to the store the deli was very busy as it had been yesterday and I was looking forward to picking up my wrap. However, I didnt know where to get it. So, I asked a woman behind the counter at the less busy bakery where I would get it and she looked at me like I was stupid and there was a long pause before she pointed me to where I could pick my food up. The wrap was made in the same sloppy manner as the day before and lacked an amount of care that should go in to basic things like making sure the wrap customer doesnt have semolina all over her wrap from the sub that was made before her. I love Publix...I really do. I will just never return to this location and a number of my coworkers feel the same way based on their experiences.

Arrived to this Publix 3 nights ago (November 22, 2016) at 9:40pm to use their coin machine to cash a small box of changed in that I saved up. Contacted this publix via phone prior to leaving home to inquire what time they close, and they said 10pm. Upon arriving, a sign was on the coin machine that stated, "Station Closed". I then proceeded on to the customer service desk to express my concern about making a blank trip to cash in my coins and the machine is marked as close prior to the closing. The manager, Chad Williams said "they close the change machine down around 9:45pm every night." I then stated, " Sir, I called your store prior to coming and I was told your store close at 10pm." I also stated, " I find it very unfair to me as a customer to not be granted the opportunity to use the machine, when clearly the store doesnt close until 10pm." I asked him to write his name on a piece of paper and also the corporate contact number, as I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint. FYI....I contacted several publix stores that were still open, and all of them said their coin machines are open and remains open everyday until their stores closes at their respective closing times.

This location in particular has steadily been on the decline. From lack of product availability to poor customer service. Today Friday 2/24/2017 @ 830pm I called the deli to place a sub order. The lady tells me itll be ready in 30 minutes. I show up at 915 pm and arrive to a messy workstation one sub was ready however it wasnt mine. The woman then asked me if Im at the right location because there is no order under my name. She found the order after several minutes of back and forth and asked me if I still wanted the sub. I was disgusted since all the employees at the deli were not busy and my sub wasnt ready along her ignorant attitude. I told no and will never return to this location. I recommend the one off US 17 in Winter Haven.

I like to shop at publix, but the service of the deli was a joke. I stood there patiently for about ten minutes with no other customers around. The two women kept telling me ,just a minute. I understand you have dutys to fulfill, but the customer comes first. If you dont make them feel that way ,they go elsewhere. It ended up being subway, which has exceptional service. Maybe the management needs to look at their business model. And why is there only 6 reviews on this. Its OK. I love you Google.

When we, my boyfriend and I, go, we usually go for the deli. Although I can never be really disappointed with their service, they should be more diligent about it. We always have to wait longer than we should although they have several other people that arent helping or doing anything else. I used to work in the Publix deli before at another Publix, and they arent really doing what they should to meet their customers timely needs.

They often do not have enough of the sale items and you need a rain check. Im often disappointed by the produce area. The greens are often already rotting in the bag. They are often out of the bagged salads that I want. I often hear, "the truck is coming tomorrow".

I shop there all the time they just did a reset again ,and disgo some items ,not happy they said they cant get them back in ,so I said Walmart here I go,also deli needs some real help,I cant believe how slow they are I just walk away anymore

Love this Publix. Everyone is always so friendly. Fast service. Never wait in lines. And always walked to my car. Wish they were closer though. Have to drive 20 mins to nearest Publix. Please open one near me, I-4 and 559. :-)

The new revamped store is great. The aisles are confusing, but the store is much cleaner than before. Now if they could keep things in stock, like BOGOs and sale items, then they could get 5 stars. Still a shopping pleasure.

The deli here is the worst!Everytime I come there I spend over thirty minutes for a sandwich.The sandwich is good but not worth the lengthy waits and unpleasant workers in the deli.I will just go to Winter Haven next time.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is very clean and items are placed logically. Prices are a bit high, but youre paying for the great service, not just your groceries.
