Two stars because the wings are good. The reason for the low rating is more due to an experience. I called and placed an order on a work day and was told that the wings would be done in 20 minutes. I then arrived to Wingstop ten minutes early and pay for my food. Approximately 25 minutes later Im still waiting... I then go up to the counter and the worker says "Oh, your food been ready". So now Im frustrated because my food is cold and Ill also be arriving late to work because of this. Thank you for the good wings but I will no longer be ordering anything here during work hours!!!

Accidentally made us boned wings instead of boneless, got back to my apartment when we realized and called them...they greatly apologized for the mistake and made us a corrected batch within half an hour. Extremely nice staff and absolutely delicious wings at a fair price. Would highly recommend and eat at again! Pros: Extremely nice staff, manager personally made the new order then the first was messed up and did not give and issue with the fact that the order was wrong. Fast turn around time. Cons: None at this time.

I might give it a shot again if I feel like it...but I tried this place shortly after it opened and figured why not on a wing night special. Boneless were just awful. Wings Over beats this place hands down. (2nd try maybe in that it was still new at the time)

It was ok. The place is clean. Good Customer service. We had 12 wings, 2 flavors, fries, 2 drinks for $20. The mango haberno had great flavor. The Smoke BBQ taste like a cheap store brand BBQ sauce. I love the fries and dipping them in ranch dressing.

Worst wings and fries ever. The cheese Fries were black with cheese on the side that tasted like water with flour and food coloring. Wings were hard like a rock and they didnt even send the drinks the I ordered. Waste of money!

Today was my first time at the Hartford Wingstop. I had original hot, BBQ and teriyaki. Nice staff! Good wings! Didnt take very long at all! I will definitely be back!!

I love wings and theirs are amazing. I order the lemon pepper well done with Ranch sauce on the side. I dont go anywhere else! And its easy when you call ahead.
