Normally, Ive gone here to eat with no problems. However today, I was very frustrated with my customer experience today. I went up to the voice box to place my order, and asked what sauces come on the burger. She very quickly said a list, and Im sure she didnt mention mayo, although possibly she did, and I didnt hear due to quickness of her talking. I got up to the window got my food that I ordered without ketchup, add mustard, but come to find out, came with mayo. Had to turn back around to tell them that I wont eat it with mayo, and she kept letting go of button so she was hard to understand due to it cutting out every few seconds, so I just drove up to window. Another lady very snottily told me, yes it comes with mayo, and said how the girl did tell me. She still agreed to fix it. Well, when my replacement burger was given, we checked again, and they included a small dot in the middle of mustard. Felt that was done just to spite me for calling them out. They should really talk slow enough to understand, and understand when they make a mistake, and not be so snotty!

I am a burger aficionado and have been for over half a century. This is the best burger in North Dakota and probably the upper Midwest. The charbroiled smoke flavor will make your mouth water. The aroma just driving by downwind of this place will force you to turn in and have a burger. Fresh, hot and juicy, this is what burgers are all about. I drive 300 miles just to eat here. I dont give a damn about the rest of the restaurants in town, this is my goal and it never fails me. Thank you for existing Burger Time. Get some cheese curds with your order, you wont regret it.

Greasy food pit. Not sure anything is sanitary. I guess if you are poor college student and visiting after a night of drinking you dont realize or care what you are eating or how it was prepared. I honestly dont know how the city of Fargo lets this place operate.

Never have apple pies... wont even put them in when you ask many times and say you will GLADLY wait the 6 mins to cook... denied and still was in the drive thru 16 minutes later. This is every time we go there...we stop for the Apple pies. :(

Best burgers in town. Cheap too. I also love their fries. Ive been eating here for 30 years or so when Im in the mood for a burger. Not the most updated facilities but love their food!

Open at 11 on Sundays and they refused to take an order until we pulled up to the window and still made us wait even longer, what a joke. Whoever was working shouldnt have their jobs anymore.

Great food,line can get long but understandable when you have such a small space to cook and prep in. Even when line is long it moves pretty quick. Associates are always fast and friendly

This place is fantastic! They actually pay the people not too badly and its just a fun place to go. JUST FYI since its real and not preserved the food is good if eaten within 10 minutes.

Good burgers served hot and fresh to order. Friendly staff. 2 drive thru lanes(one for the driver,and another for the passenger to order and pay). Walk up and order. No inside seating
