While waiting at the deli for over 10 minutes (only 1 person slicing) I spotted the Assistant manager and explained that I was next in line for more than 10 minutes, customers had been walking up to sandwich counter long after me and being waited on. (3 employees were making sandwiches) The emplyee slicing stated to her coworkers a number of times that she was suppose to leave at 2:00, the time was 2:15 by then. The Assitant manager did have an employee come to help me. A front end bagger came to the deli counter saying, "A customer came to the register with this and it has no price. They are at the register now". The Assistant Manager took the item, which appeared to be some kind of pudding or moose to weigh and price it. She then handed it back to the bagger. The bagger exclaimed, " You should have marked it $28, stupid customer brings it to the register with no price", as he is walking off. I was dumbfounded. Christina, Assist. Manager and Dorothy both heard what this man said. I finished at the deli and went to find a manager. I relayed what had happened. I explained that every time I go to the deli I have never been waited on within a reasonable amount of time. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees that work in the deli. They all work very hard, it is just grossly mismanaged. I told him of the comment of the bagger. I was amazed at what the bagger had said. Look, if you dont want to do your job then quit. This was not the fault of the customer by picking an item without a price. If fault should be placed anywhere it would be with the employee who missed marking it, or better yet, consider it accidental. This is not the first time I have run into a deli problem. It is a regular occurrence. Unfortunately, it is not the first time I have heard an employee being extremely discourteous. In my opinion, Tequesta Publix needs to make some changes quickly.

Shop at your Tequesta public as it is in my neighborhood ... visited the publixs on Indiantown Rd., Jupiter the produce was exceptionally good Much much better than that the Tequesta Publix not sure why after visiting the Indiantown Road store I went to the Tequesta store the produce girl was very Nice and exceptionally helpful The lettuce looked very brown and pale asked her is there any new lettuce she said yes she open the new box for me and she said oh my god this is the second box I opened and this lettuce is bad also not sure whats going on with the Tequesta but it sure is a whole different store compared to the Jupiter store off Indiantown Road hopefully we can correct this Thank You for listening... I love this Publix, the people that work here are wonderful, always asking if they can help you find anything, they really couldnt be any better. I do have one comment. to make. The selection isnt as good as it used to be. There are certain items that I have been buying for years and now they are hardly, if ever in stock. Off the top of my head is Knorrs French Onion Soup and Ben and Jerrys frozen yogurt Cherry Garcia. Organic Girl Romaine. There is something they are always out of but those they are always out of. Thank you.

Understaffed i waited in sub line 15 minutes. One lady stated im only working on online orders. One clerk was new lost and noone 2anted to help her the other lady slow but steady. Went to hotcase noone there lady from the back making platers walking towards me taking of gloves saying i cant get anything done having to take care of the hotcase. So i walked away got an all lettuce salad from the produce department since i had no more time on my lunch break. Very disapointed. Not up to publix standards by any means.

This location has to be one of the worst Publix I have ever shopped at. I go to this location because it is near my work but I think Im done and would rather drive out of the way. The online orders are never ready on time and the cashiers have the worst customer service of ANY Publix I have ever been to.
