If you are looking for quality of service do not come here. Wait staff is rude and generally ignores everyone. Management is powerless and disinterested in rectifying the situation. When addressed with corporate the manager was exceptionally rude, defensive, and insulting. Waiting for 30 minutes to be even addressed by wait staff after being seated is standard practice. Managers there are seemingly too young to control their employees correctly and possibly even more interested in keeping the female staff happy. If given the choice between eating again at this location and starving. I would rather starve.

This is a very typical BW3s. Newish, strip mall location sans charm and any unique appearance. Its what BW3s has decided to adopt and apparently it works. The food is fine, but the rating drop comes because of parking. This place is an absolute nightmare to park in when they get busy. You end up having to park in questionable neighboring lots and risk a ticket. Worth checking through for a spot in the main parking lot when it gets really busy.

Never again! By far the worst food ever! Burger meat is thin and dry and tastes worse than school cafeteria meat! Carry-out orders are always wrong and food is old and cold. Even their vanilla ice cream tastes bad. Not sure how you can mess up vanilla ice cream but this place manages to! It was melted and freezer burned tasting. Service is also horrible and servers never get anything right! Last time I will ever eat there again! Gross!

I love their food but talk about terrible staffing. We called in our order which took,about 15 mins because the worker didn't know how to write an order and talk on the phone at the same time. Our food order was completely wrong, and we couldnt get a reciept because the same worker that answered our order couldnt figure out the cash register....we just took our food and left. Never go to streetsboro bw3 on a weekday.

We tried to call in an order for pickup and they told that they already shut down their kitchen - at 10pm..... hours before they are suppose to close. The food is okay, but they claim to be the only place that serves food later at night, and then they close down at the same time as everyone in this town. It is frustrating when companies do not uphold their own policies.

Went around 4pm on a Friday, and it was great. Food was fresh, and tasty, service was nice and timely. Price was alittle more than I would have liked but what you would expect from a chain wings / sports bar. Overall I will go back when I need a wings fix, but wouldnt choose this as a "hmmmm where to go, where to go?" place.

Went to watch Stanley Cup Final at the Streetsboro location ... Manager (Jason) refused to put the audio on, said he bought a ppv fight and would rather listen to that ... Our group of 15+ decided we would rather patronize anyplace else ... we thought BWWs was a place we could watch a game, guess not

Terrible service. The wings are just nasty and gummy. The order is always wrong. I tried to place a take out order and was told I can only make changes to my order if I dine-in. Never again! I will go to Solon they are way better and better customer service.

Good food, plenty of options, more TVs than there are sauce options. Newly renovated interior is bland, but the food has remained tasty. Prices are good, service is pretty quick, and plenty of drink options. Staff is mostly upbeat

Poor service. Got take out order wrong multiple times and it was not a difficult order. Had to return the food and staff was rude about it, waited 20 plus minutes to fix. Not returning to this location.
