It was my first time their today i did not like it at all. My wife got cristpy cchicken burger and it wasnt even cook good at all i got a cheese burger and it didnt have any flavor on the meat what so ever and the price was to hight i understand if it was a good burger but it wasnt and their was a group of kids with thier teachers asking for tip when thier werent doing any kind of survice. The teacher Saw the kids come up to us and ask us for tip and just to be nice me and my wife gave them some money. And then we saw the same group of kids asking other people and the teacher would ask after the gave a tip if thier were ok if the needed anything just to ask them but the didnt ask us when we gave a tip and the teacher even ask for thier names. And as for us nothing not even a hello. I feelt like it was a race thing am Hispanic, am not races but it felt like they would only go and say hello to the white pple that were thier and the black pple that were to . i will not ever go their again. Bad survice and bad food

The food was ok but our experience wasnt that awesome. I ordered some chicken sandwich & asked for mushrooms instead of bacon. My boyfriend ordered a veggie bean burger. We ordered large fries to share & 2 drinks. Tell me why that simple order turned into putting the bacon on the vegetarian burger & small fries. The girls that worked there seemingly made every effort to walk into your path without apologizing. Since it was our first time there, I asked if the *vegetarian* burger usually comes with bacon on it... The girls response was no then she just turned around to yell at the kitchen. No apology or offer to fix it. She only wanted to know what cook made the mistake I suppose. When they didnt hear her, she yelled even louder "who made the veggie burger? Cuz yall put bacon on it!!!" If you want to be served by inconsiderate kids, go have yourself an order theyll likely mess up & wont fix!! Yummm

First visit to this location as we often eat at locations in Collin County. Always a good meal. We like being able to make your own (choose what goes on the burger). And be sure to get the Smashburger sweet potato fries. They are great. Located on southside of Hwy 121 (Sam Rayburn toll road). Driving from west exit Main Street/Josey Lane. Continue on frontage road until you see Starbucks and turn in there.

Burgers and fries were good. Fresh, hot, served quickly and employees were courteous. However, this particular location is NOT like other Smash Burger locations in the area (Frisco/Plano). The burgers (most significantly the meat patties) are not like what we were used to. Fries different as well. Not sure whats up with it, but I prefer the others over this one. Not bad though, just.....meh.

The staff is really nice and the meat and patties are prime and juicy, not to mention the place is generally clean. The problem is that pretty much everything is deep-fried but they still taste pretty decent, the fries are a bit meh, and the foods expensive. Otherwise, it was a nice place to dine at.

3 All American burgers with bacon and 3 fries. $30... Burgers had no lettuce no Tomato and were heat lamp dry at 12:15. If you like steak and shake style fries, they were at least fresh. My 2nd and last Smash Burger experience. No offense if this is your place. Just my experience.

Always a solid burger. If you are the "thick and hearty" type this is not your concept hence the name SMASHburger. Patties are thinner but certainly not small. Smashfries are also great. I am not a fan of thick-cut fries so these fit the bill.

We went to this restaurant for the first time. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was freshly made and very tasty. My boyfriend even said, "that was a damn good meal." This place is a definite do over.

Its okay. Its just depends if you want to go or not. The meal prices are way to high and they taste like the meal you could make by yourself. Its better off to go at Burger King for cheaper price.
