i can say this is normally my go to when i am unable to just get away for lunch. today i am totally disappointed. i ordered a chicken sand w/ pepper cheese on texas toast. well texas toast is not offered at this location, only white toast... that is something that should have been disclosed when i called the order in. then i get there to pick up the order, and it is on a bun, the workers behind the counter took the chicken breast off the bun placed it on white toast placed a cold piece of cheese on the breast and basically throw it back to the cashier to give to me. i felt as though i offended the cooks by asking for what i paid for. in essence i am offended because of the attitude that was taken by preparing the sandwich properly and still giving a less than satisfactory meal. i didnt want my cheese microwaved to further dry out the chicken. to say the least this might have damaged my thoughts of dining here in the future.

I was always a fan of the burgers here, but had stopped going due to the wooden customer service - nothing particularly wrong, just felt sort of detached from the customer. I returned recently on a recommendation to get the chicken sandwich with avocado and cheese. Dude! Greatness. Something about the way it all comes together with their (really good) honey mustard has put this place firmly back in my weekly rotation. The burgers are solid as well, but I think Im hooked on the chicken... Plus, thankfully, theyve really improved their customer service - much more friendly. Good stuff.....

I work in the hall office park in Frisco and we get a 15% discount and when the owner rang up the food I told him about the discount and he wouldnt do it. He said he couldnt adjust it and I should have told him before I placed my order. Well, it should have been an easy fix instead I walked out and went next door. I will definitely not eat there. Also, after seeing the cook touch the meat with his bare hands after cooking someone elses meal Im definitely not going back.

You ask for a single or double with cheese or bacon. Then you take it to the relish bar and fill you burger with all you favorites, pickles, onions, mayo, mustard, you name it. Its like a group pick nick.

The grilled chicken sandwich here will change your life. I know its a burger place but this is all I will ever get. Call in order and ready in 10 min. Place is always clean and staff is very friendly

It is okay. I thought that, due to the rating, it would be great. Pretty overpriced for a relatively dry burger. The shake was good and the service and atmosphere are fine... Food could be better.
