It was alright Ive been there before and liked it. This time I was on my lunch break in uniform and was a bit uncomfortable because two group of people siting at different tables kept on looking at me like just by being there I was disturbing there meal. The food was ok the soup was good, the salad was alright they added to much dressing for my liking, the hibachi gave a good show and cooked the meat properly but the noodles seem a bit over seasoned and mixed in texture from soft to a few crunchy spots, the veggies also were good until I got close to the end of the meal just to much soy sauce over saturated my taste buds. It would have been great if they didnt over season or maybe I couldnt enjoy it properly because of the time I had to rush a bit and constantly having two groups of peoples eyes on me. I might go back later while wearing business casual wear and have a day off to test the hypothesis at the end of this review.

The food and the service are alright at the very least, but whats annoying is their scam-policy of no combo to-go orders over the weekend (which includes Friday). I work long shifts over the weekend and all I want is to take my order home and relax. I get the impression that theyre just out for money, rather than the reputation of providing exceptional customer service. I have no need to order from here any longer since they cannot accommodate my schedule.

Got the scallop hibachi at a sit down table. When the plate came out the whole tables eyes narrowed in disappointment. There were 5 thinly sliced scallops each about the size of a nickel. I wish I took a photo before eating it. This place is a waste of money. The service was slow, 3 hours and Im still waiting on the check, water is empty. Never coming here again. Going to stop by Chick-Fil-A on the way home.

When the check was presented, it shows gratuity added. But isnt that for at least 6 persons? We only have three. And this gratuity is calculated based on after tax total, so if we calculate it based on pre-tax, it is a 20% tip, automatically added. I think there should be a reason for this, otherwise we customers should be able decide the tip, right?

I will never go here and would ask my friends never to go to this place. I went for hibachi and I found a hair in my food and lost my appetite. We informed the manager and all he did was offer us coupons (Seriously!!!)... We tried to explain our concerns to them but I doubt the guy who we were talking to go it. We had to pay and decided to walk out.

Traditional Japanese steakhouse with matching vibe. Went shortly after opening on a Saturday and only had to wait about 15 minutes until chef appeared and fun started. Dining experience lasted about an hour and a half. Meal was good, basic standard fare, and as always, way too much for one person. Even the childrens portions were super sized.

We typically have a great time here. The food is good and the chefs are fun. The one thing we typically run into issues with are the servers. They are kind of slow to refill drinks. The prices are reasonable for how much food you get and its always pretty tasty. Just be careful of going during prime time because the wait can be pretty long.

I decided to pick the because it was closer to the hotels we was staying at for my hubby birthday the food my bad n my the salad was nasty n yu could only get the dressing that they offer n the meat was nasty . They dont know how to cook n the noodles was okay the rice was dry n sauce was so waterer. The place is just nasty

Service was horrible!!!! Waiter basically ignored us the whole time. Wasnt friendly at all... He amused that we told him that we were still waiting on a drink. Once I decided to speak with a manager she brushed it off and actually laughed with him!!! I come here quite often but Ill be damn if I spend another penny here!!!

The wait was long(1.5 hrs) I would definitely making reservations, but when we finally got seat the service was great and so was the food. We got seated in the area where you have to take of your shoes, at first I was wired out but really enjoyed it, if you have never done it I would definitely recommend trying it

Pretty good Hibachi. The atmosphere is terrific and feels authentic. Our service was great and the hibachi chef was entertaining. The reason I gave Naka to 4 stars instead if 5 was because the food was alright. The food tasted more like $7 dollar take out than $15 prepared in front of you Hibachi.

Tried eating here twice. Both times they said they were booked for the rest of the night from reservations. Dont expect to be able to walk in here and get served. Also really dumb small menu if you dont eat at grill. Guess they dont have someone capable of cooking chicken in the kitchen in the back.

Its not all that..charlotte needs to step it up..why are there spanish people cooking in the japanese spot? Hummmm.. If the service sucks why should I leave a tip. Plus its already added to a 2 person check. Wtf? So u can give crappy service cause ur gonna get tipped anyway.. Booooooo.

We celebrate all our birthdays here. The soup comes first at its always delicious. We love the ginger dressing on the salad. One of our favorite parts is when the chef makes the onion turn to a train by adding fire. We have been eating here for 20 years and it is still great.

Typical hibachi restaurant. Nothing really stood out to me besides how large the restaurant is. Ordered the panther sushi roll which was pretty good. Also ordered hibachi shrimp and chicken which was okay. Serving size was just right for me.

So disappointed two times I went there for lunch, the food had so much salt, and the service was terrible. The lady so slow. I love nakato, it is my favorite restaurant about 10 years. If the quality still decreases will be hard ....

We go here to eat sushi and not for the "hibachi experience". This is an extremely busy place. If you want hibachi, plan in advance by making a reservation. The food is very good and the service is good considering how busy they are.

Had a reservation with about 15 people. Waited 30min before we were sat down. Figured if you have a reservation. Theyll take care of you within 10-15 min or so. First and last time going there. Horrible front desk staff.

Love the hibachi. You can get hibachi at lunch without the show if you like. The lunch price is still slightly more than an hibachi express place but you get fresher food.
