What a disappointment! Im writing this review after just leaving Hyderabad biryani house. To say the service was slow would be disparaging to restaurants with slow service. We waited over 20 minutes to get our order taken. Our order consisted of 2 naan, chicken curry, and a biryani. Another 35 minutes until the naan arrived with another small bowl. Our waiter didnt tell us what it was, but it was small and saucey, so we assumed it was some sort of dip. Apparently the"dip" was actually my wifes chicken curry. It came with no side of rice. Another 25 minutes until my entree arrived. By this time, my wife finished her entree, so I ate alone. We asked for the bill right away, and as soon as it was paid, we left. I left mid entree, disgusted with our dinning experience. Also the TV was so loud, you could hardly hear each other, despite our request to lower the volume. It should be noted the position of tv is such that only the woman behind the front counter could see it. Its clearly there for her benefit, and not their customers. In response to the Owners response (below) the lack of waiters would not why our food was served at different times, the extreme slowness of the food, the blasting Television volume, or the dirty glasses. I think you have more problems than just lack of wait staff. What are you doing to earn my business back? I see nothing here to warrant a return visit.

I had food here quite a lot of times and each time the taste is different. Sometimes its just absolutely delicious and other times not so good. Ive heard people complain about chicken being too chewy (almost like rubber) but I was lucky to not experience it myself. My favorite is their boneless chicken biryani and shrimp items, so far they never disappointed me. Service is not bad, theyre friendly but very busy to notice if you need something between courses. THEIR HALEEM IS A DISASTER, so avoid it; trust me! Everything else is good though!

Came here for Hyderabadi Biryani considering the restaurant is called " Hyderabad Biryani House " but they were all out of Biryani. Ordered a few other things in the " medium " spice range, everyones nose was dripping after a few bites. We left about 50% of the food. And we eat spice, so its not like we cant handle the spice. Also, didnt see a single smile on any of the staff members face. I guess they make enough money they dont need to keep customers happy.

Good food but my list of bad experiences doesnt seem to stop here! Inconsistent availability of menu offerings, constant bad service by the receptionist, incorrect take out packed with a totally unapologetic attitude after complaining about it. On the bright side, the food is very good, hope they can improve their service. Sad to see the owners take such a casual and granted approach while treating customers.

We drove from Michigan to visit the falls (Jun 2017) and were suggested this place by a friend. It was a 40 minute detour but we still went ahead. While the food took way too long (1hr 20min for take-out) for 4 biryanis, 2 curries and naan, I think it was worth the time because everyone liked the food. 4 stars because of the painful wait as we were quoted a wait time of 40 minutes.

Firstly I liked the goat biryani and food is also okay. The attention to the customers is really poor. The food comes after an hour and its not served, its been thrown onto the fate of the one who eats which I do not really like nor will others for sure. It was boiling hot in the restaurant. The lady who was serving us was so arrogant and had no signs of good hospitality.

The quality is slowly getting worse , 50% of my order is not so satisfactory experience . I order goat fry most times and it is not fully cooked and rubbery and difficult to chew . On the service side on dine they are always average , I hope they take seriously and concentrate on quality at the least .

A decent restaurant in cary area with good variety of Indian food. Must try their curry leaf chicken which is an appetizer, it has a good flavor of spices to it. Also Paneer Karaikudi was good for the entrees. Wanted to try their Chicken Dum Biryani but they were out of stock.

Small place most authentic south Indian style dishes. Me and my friends come here very often. Update: I come here often, quality has dropped. If you are here for dinner half the things are not available for dinner, you server will only mention this after you ready to order.

The chef had changed. I dunno how the authentic taste is going to be. Dear owner, a lot of customers had been earned from UB through Buffalo. Whatever may be the reason, you shouldnt have lost him so easily.

If its dinner its gonna take ages to get your food and they would also have only curries. No briyani and no main menu items will be available. Taste wise they are top notch no doubt about that.

Worst biryani ever, they are not hyderabadi, only born hyderabadi can make best biryani. They are best in meals and idly dosa. Please change your restuarant name to "hyderabad tiffin center".

This is a special place. Buffalo is a great city that accommodates different ethnic restaurants. The wide varieties of biriyanis are very good and a must try. Friendly staffs, enough parking.

They started out with good service but have become too big now to care. Service is becoming bad and wait times are longer. Food is still good though and the Biryani is to die for.

Not spectacular, but not bad. Spicy was actually spicy, which was nice! Usually when I order spice at Indian restaurants they do not give me true spicy, here they did!

BEST BIRYANI IN BUFFALO. I felt like I was eating at an Aunties house and she put all her love into the plates she served. Truly a family feel and an even better taste.
