Napolis use to have the best and biggest wings in town. There other food is all trash!! Anyway now the wings are horrible!! They flash cook them, and there not crispy at all. I dont know what happen to this place but its one of the worse places to get food now. I think they are under new owner. Dont waste your money. Pasta dishes are bad too. When you order wings you will see. There not even fresh. They pre cook them and leave them out all day and night. Now see before they had the big pressure cooker and the wings woluld come out perfect. But now under new owner, there lazy on there production. They worried about speed not quality. Youll see order wings and watch there process now.

Pizza is definitely one of the best in town. I always order from them if I can. However, they are located just under a mile from my house and I have never not waited more than 45 minutes for a pizza. One time was 2 hours. I really have to plan ahead if I want good pizza. Edit: Continually disappoint with time management. Pizza ordered from here took 2+ hours the other day and that was for pickup. I requested a set time to pick up the pizza and when I arrived at that time, they were just making the pizza to put in the oven. Going to have to drop the to 2 stars for this being a common occurrence.

Pizza is OK but service is horrible! Called before 5pm to order a pizza for delivery at 6pm. Only after taking my entire order and my payment, employee told me it wouldnt be ready until 7pm. Went to pick up pizza at 6pm instead, got there and they hadnt even put it in the oven yet. Other customers were there with the same problem - super slow service, time estimates for delivery and pick-up are way off and they are really slow. Would only go here if you are getting pizza by the slice or if you dont mind your food being an hour late.

I have been a faithful customer to Napolis for many years. Delivery, pick-up, even eating inside. Whenever I have guests from out of town, this is my go to. Seems that makes no difference when a delivery comes, the driver is tipped and gone only to open the box and find a pizza with up-sides down slices, and a pizza that looks like it had a rough ride. When I called to let them know we were going to eat it because we were starving, ok - was the response. Buyer Beware! Check out the new place in town! Good alternative!!!

Napolis uses the freshest ingredients and staff are always friendly and helpful. There are quite a few vegetarian options on the menu, and more variety in pizza toppings than some of the chain stores in town. Several items can be made vegan, if you ask to leave out the cheese. I want to say, too, that the pizzas, whether cheeseless or cheesey, are WONDERFUL! My faves - pizza w/o cheese, with mushrooms, onions, olives, and pepperoncini. Another favorite: Napolis Bruschetta Pizza (I had it w/o cheese). Yom-yom!

the owner is excessively aggressive, he came out and started screaming in our faces for protesting the office above him WHILE directing the customer traffic around us. then when we went in a few day later to attempt to make peace he refused to speak with us and allegedly called us some less then pleasant names. not to mention the food poising from the pizza we eat there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The food was ridiculously overpriced. The staff was incredibly rude and it took them three hours to deliver. Incompetent, unaccomodating, and to top it off, the food made everyone sick. Definitely never ordering from Napolis again.

Napoli delivered to Cornell campus for a bowling event on Cornell Campus. The sheet pizza tasted like cardboard with cheese and tomato sauce. At the end the event, there was a lot of pizza left over. I believe they were on time with their delivery though.

Ordered food was to arrive at 7:10. at 7:20, I got a call saying they were out of one of the drinks I ordered. 8:30 I got my meal, Rigatoni with meatballs in marinara sauce. Marinara sauce tastes burnt, and thats about all the flavor I can find.

This place holds a lot of memories. I had an occasion to revisit recently and it exceeded my expectations and my recollections. The pizza is wonderful. I was less excited about the sandwich. The filling was delicious, but bread was a disappointment

Terrible customer service. Ive been getting the same order for 2 years and every time they still mess it up. Call to get it fixed they tell you someone will be there 3 hours later so not here. WORST SERVICE EVER

I LOVE Napoli Pizzeria! Their honey mustard (Gold) Wings are to die for! The staff is amazing and everything is fresh! Their pizza is the ONLY thing i will eat for left overs! Definitely recommend this place!
