I eat at this Pizza Hut 3 times a week. I order online, and use the promo code for a medium 3 topping pizza for $6. I always order the same thing, Thin Crust, double pepperoni. The total of every visit is the sum of $6.81 with tax. The disgruntled employee, Pat Meade, charged me extra for the pepperoni. Out of the dozens, and dozens of times Ive paid Ive never paid for that extra charge. And she was very, very rude when I mentioned it. She refused to give me a number to call to complain and snatched the pen from counter when I tried to use it to write down her name. Ill NEVER eat Pizza Hut again. Very disappointed.

Ordered my meal online, was given an hour and fifteen minute wait time, my actual wait was for two hours! I called in to inquire about my order the person told me my pizza was just coming out of the oven, four minutes later a delivery driver is at my door. I gave him a tip and then went inside to feed my children... I was delivered cold pizzas and had to microwave pizzas that were just delivered to my doorstep. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again!

First time ordering Pizza Hut today. I was a Papa Johns lover for years until I ordered from Papa Johns and the pizza was dry and burnt twice. I decided to try Pizza Hut due to the $10 take out sale. Let me say this is the best pizza ever. Ordered the supreme pan pizza with garlic butter crust and it was the best ever. So good that I could order again tomorrow . This beats Papa Johns any day. I cant believe Ive been missing out for so long. I will never order Papa Johns again.

Called and ordered food and was told that it would be ready in 25min. Went to pick up food and was told that I didnt place an order there. They said they didnt have any orders in a while, I showed them that I had called and they said the call center must have picked up and not place the order. I recognize the voice of the person I talked to but she said she was washing dishes. Never the less, we had to wait for them to make our pizzas. May not order from this one again, smh.

Apparently blizzard! I ordered my food almost 2 hours ago. When I called to check on the order it had been cancelled due to blizzard conditions...light snow fall btw. I didnt receive a courtesy call either. I understand there are mix ups, but was told they still could not deliver. The only reason I didnt go myself is because Im pretty sick. I have been a customer for years, but apparently this has no bearing. Well , they just lost me as customer.

I have ordered multiple times. We eat a lot pizza. Placed an order tonight. Wait almost an hour and a half. I call to be told at some point the store canceled my order because they dont deliver after dark. They have NO problem asking for tips when you pick up though. Ive never had them not deliver because it was dark. My kids waited for dinner and no email or any notification that it was canceled. You can say Im pissed.

Order a pizza and didnt get it untill an hour and 15 minutes later, pizza was cold, looks like it was rushed to be made, some slices didnt even have the crust flavor that I asked for, the wings that I got were suppose to have 6 wings but only 5 were in there. Overall a terrible experience and waste of money, Ill never order from this location again
